I would like opinions from experienced music composers on what is the best software to buy when it comes to music creation so that I don't fling my money around foolishly. Opinions?

Like the topic says, how are the kinds of music in the Audio Portal made? Can anyone tell me and suggest software that can be used to do so?

All right, some forum mod locked this topic because it was in the general section, which I apologize for doing that. Anyway, I want to buy Flash but since it costs around $600 up and I will never be able to get that kind of money until I get a job once I'm an adult, I'm screwed. So, does anyone know of a cheaper alternative, mabye a free trial demo or a way to get discount?

I really want to get Flash and learn how to use it (I know these programming languages influently... Blitz Plus... Visual Basic 6... Game Maker 7 Pro) but I think it costs a lot to get the full version, about a few hundred dollars (I probably don't even have a fast enough of a processor, but that's not a problem, I'm building a new computer soon). Someone told me that the demo sucks, that you can hardly do anything, but unless I heard wrong, I'm screwed. Does anyone know of an easier way of getting Flash without having to fork over hundreds of dollars?

Now I'm not exactly the "ladies' man" but i do have some tips
1. Don't blaintly say, "You should start playing video games" or anything blunt and to the point of playing
2. Don't geek out on any game topic i.e. Nintendo, Mario characters, Sonic characters, girl characters, etc.
3. Try to do things both of you like to start off with. Later through a date, suggest playing video games.
If she says yes you're covered. Choose an easy but fun game and try to avoid adding on computers. Be
easy on her. If she says no, try to convince her vg's are fun and enjoyable, but don't go too far out to try
to convince her otherwise you might be -1 date.

I always wonder why the crime rate at school is so freakin high. Someone stole, like a freakin juice bottle and didn't get caught until two weeks later. I swore right when the principal passed by me and she didn't happen to notice. This guy got thrown to a locker and a freakin teacher was out in the hall. She didn't notice until 2 minutes after the fight started. It had escalated into an all out brawl. So I'm gonna ask all NG members out there, does your school have a high crime rate (if you go to one)?

It looks like crap because NG compresses when an image isnt a gif or jpg, bigger than 150kb and exceeds 559 by 700 pixels. Cool up close in real life but a pic hardly qualifys as a representation of the real thing.

OK, yesterday I was walking through the park. I made accedental eye contact with this guy, and then he raised an eyebrow. I quickly turned my head back, and he kept on walking. However, he walked into a tree (there are trees on park paths?). Any one think this is weird?

Originally I was going to put every character I had avalible at the time on that, but since not all of them fit without shrinking all of them to riddiccually small sizes, I just had to narrow it down.
