Megamind. The expressions were awesome in that movie.

Animating is SOO tedious. And for me it's hard to get started as well. I dunno why, but when I first open a document, the big empty workspace just seems intimidating or something. Probably cause I don't have a 100% clear idea of what I'm gonna do.

woooo. Yeah he's fun. I wish I had the patience/skill to animate him, cos he'd be really dynamic and stuff.

Hey did your icon change? I was getting used to seeing a chainsaw there. Or maybe I'm just crazy.

Yeahh I like doing those, but you can only draw so many of the same tree. I have to start learning to do something I'm uncomfortable with, like buildings, or my stuff will get boring pretty fast.

What do you think of the colors for the guy on the right? Do the stripes on the pants work or are they an eyesore? I need help with this cos I have a weird color deficiency thing called protanopia and I don't always know what will look good to everyone.

I sorta doodled the bear as a plan and then decided I didn't want to draw him again.

Here is the master of topspin, Rafa Nadal. Are these pictures loading okay for everyone? I just realized I haven't made the size any smaller on most of them.

Colored at last! Halfway through I accidentally closed photoshop without saving and had to do a whole bunch over again.

Christmas card for my mom. This one I will color. And try to darken the foreground or something so the perspective is more clear.

I think you need to focus on the progress you make otherwise its just gonna be a hugely dissappointing enterprise, and basically; noticing that stuff is wrong does actually show skill so...

You're right about it making drawing depressing. Sometimes when I'm getting fed up with it all the time I take a lot of time off and then come back later with new motivation. Actually that's sorta how I decided to start the thread; I was just coming out of a break and I wanted something to keep me at it.

Doozles to keep the thread alive.
Sometimes I draw something and I'm happy with it and then I look at it a week later and I see lots of things wrong with it. Is there ever a point where you are just satisfied with everything you draw?

That interview was I think the only Oprah interview I've ever watched. It was just that Rowling hardly ever does stuff like that.

Just doodles. Didn't even know where I was going with them until after the skeletons had been done.

Drew this while listening to Oprah's interview with JK Rowling. She really seriously is an amazing person. If you want some creative inspiration, here is the link.
This is Expresso and a character who I cannot decide whether to call Magnus or Molar.

Democracy FTW: Thanks. Actually, I kinda have a problem with how stiff my animated characters are.

Big-Johnny-13: Thanks a lot, but I think I'm going to take a break from flash for a while. I want to put my spare time into getting my L. And I would be horribly unreliable too :P

Captain Joe Fallaparte, and his first mate Gudmund Live. I know Joe is a little short on the one where he has a coat, but that's pretty much the best I can do. I have too many failed attempts at drawing him to count.
