A kid is messing with another kid and shoves him twice and pushes him once for no reason. Seeing no adults and knowing he can't out run the other kid, the kid punches the other in the nose and breaks it.

This causes the nose bone to jam into the childs brain leading to his death. The surviving kid goes to jail for murder.

Stuff like this happens far to often. The now dead child was a bully and does not belong in a public place. The other kid fights back in defense and accidentally kills the bully.

The parents of the worm food now try to sue the kid for murder when it was never his fault and was an accident, but they still blame the child. Just so they can have someone to blame.

Blame kid for forcing a kid to fight back which leads to his dead. It your sons fault that he is now fertilizer.

The jury somehow finds the kid who already has to deal with causing the death of another but also has to go to jail.

The kid should get counseling to help him through this not prison sentances.

My uncle slashed his girlfriends tires because she was cheating on him. Which was a dumbass move on his part.

He then had to pay a $5000 dollar fine and he would go to jail if he did not have it in a few months.

He worked hard for his money ,but couldn't get a loan or come up with the cash.

The judge gives him 10 to 20 years because he also had a drug charge for smoking weed.

I admit that my uncle need some hard time, but 20 YEARS???!!
