hmmm, Krita sounds interesting ewe
Theres GIMP which is like the retarded inbred cousin of photoshop who got dropped on its head at birth, he means well, sure, but he's still retarded.

Dang, GIMP'S that bad huh? :/
Hey uh, I was wondering if anyone knows any good free(I'm broke) art programs? The one I bought recently Is always crashing and doesn't have good tools -.-
You can ask for specific criticism on pictures, but if you're asking for how to improve in general, the answer IS just to practice every single thing. Learn anatomy. Draw from life. Do studies on specific elements of the body until you're confident drawing them in any pose. Etc. Etc. Etc.

That's actually some good advice! I'm working on proportions right now as I type this.

Practice makes perfect or close.
Yeah, now feel kind of stupid after saying "and just don't say 'practice'", but I'm working on proportions right now :3
First of all I'm glad someone actually responded to this, and now I see what you mean when you said the core(sphere) in the first part of the pic looks squished, I ended up making him bigger than he's supposed to be(I need to draw characters more on paper before I draw them digitally :I) and as for coloring I use the "Copic Fine Nub" tool to color shade, but now that I look back at it, I really should color it in 100% with the pencil tool or the Copic Multi-Liner too. Hmm, I wondering if my anatomy is off or anything, I'm trying to improve that along with everything else.

I wont go over everything but lets go over the main problems first?
Your line work needs to be neater and more formed, try and get a structure to your objects (lets take the First picture for example, the sphere is "Squished" and the face looks like its an egg cracked on a frying pan) its very flat and there is not very much form to it.
Coloring. you need to make sure your colors are actually colored in, its like you scrubbed them with a drying out felt tip pen, i dont know what your using but make sure its 100% rather then this wishy washy brush / setting you got currently.
I would recommend doing some form study in just black and white or taking part in the multiple art forum activities.
Guys, I really need some tips or something, and some constructive criticism but either one will work. Lately I've been feeling like my art is shit, so I was wondering if there was anyone in the art forum that could help me with this, basically anatomy problems and other stuff like that, and please don't just say "practice" actually give me criticism and tell me what I need to improve on, that's all I have to say, for now anyway, and maybe you could tell me what you think of that pic or whatever.
