There are manyways but i believe the best way is to practice you have a great opertunity to look at the hundreds of tutorials that many of the NG users have made, also visit the Flash forums there are lots of great users there with lots to offer on anyone new.

I think the review system needs some looking into, when reviewing and giving a movioe a score 1-10 you may forget so couldnt you add a popup when you hit "SEND" sayin >> You forgot to rate this movie.

you do it for a missed title, and probably would be very helpfull for the review voting portion aswell.
