Isn't this entire thing sexist? I heard someone say that women can't rape, but that implies that women are simply not as good as men and for those of you who campaign women's rights and say they're treated unfairly, you have to think that they have the right to be charged with the same crimes.

To put it simply, women don't have the "hardware capabilities" to rape. If a mans penis goes from software to hardware, outside of drugs like Levitra etc., and other less likely scenarios, a boner means "my body is ready".

Women can't physically rape in a traditional sense. Not to mention women make up 1% out of 100 the national rate for sex crimes. It's one of those situations where it is so uncommon that it may as well not exist, and that to talk about it is almost a waste of calories.

I'm sorry that Shia LaBeouf (Shia LaBeouf!) FEELS like he's been raped by a woman. I've certainly felt emasculated by female coworkers before for silly shit. But he has to keep this in the realm of reality: you can't be physically raped by a woman, and putting emphasis on a farcical claim merely takes attention away from real crimes that we sadly still have in the 21st century

He gives me a one day ban and says "Keep that shit out of your signature" I guess because if one of the admins saw it, they'd have a panic attack, thinking they done goofed up with the coding after so much work put into it.

But yeah, the moderator button for "delete sig" does not discriminate between text and picture. (I've seen screen caps they've given us) So they were both deleted by accident. But as far as mod's abusing their power goes, that's the closest legitimate case I can think of. Honest mistake.

Honestly I don't think comparisons to the LA Riots are really at all accurate. Of course it wouldn't play out exactly the same, but you would be seeing a lot more violence apart from retarded arsonists burning down laundromats. I don't think the police response has anything to do with the lack of deaths, if anything all the documented scenes that have been coming out of Ferguson since this began back in August indicates the police have been making things worse by agitating protesters with their disproportionate heavyhanded responses.

Perhaps it's too soon to judge, since the smoke has literally yet to clear over Ferguson. I think the police have responded with equal and reasonable force, but feel free to point out cases where they have not, keeping in mind that this is all late breaking news, with new information trickling in every minute.

Let's pray the only destruction to come out of this are windows and buildings rather than people. For that reason alone, so far, I'd say the FPD are doing an admirable job. 100s of bullets being fired, but not a single casualty.
