The issue here legally is not really age of consent laws. Because legally, the two could have sex and there'd be no legal problem. The thing he's being charged for is possession and distribution of child pornography. There are MILLION DOLLAR SETS OF PHOTOS of people who never signed a release, and never realized their photos were being taken. No violence occurred there.
