Durarara's great. Some didn't enjoy the second season's pacing, but I didn't really see a problem with it. Especially because of the events taking place.

You should definitely give it three episodes.

One more thing. Fuck medaka box. It's apparently getting 45 episodes when it's clearly overrated shounen shit. If you think otherwise you have shit taste.

Recently finished Franken-fran. Fantastic stuff, I really enjoyed it. Otherwise, it's been a slow week in between the seasons. I've been reading a couple chapters of dorohedoro trying to get back into it. It really shines at some points but others I really don't know what the author wants to do with his story. The pacing is just really annoying. Other then that, it features an amazing setting and great art. The world god only knows confirmed for 100 more chapters and a harem end- which really pisses me off. Anyone with a heart wants a kanon end. Gantz manga still shitty; still reading out of lack of reading material. The manga has really been shit this whole arc.

I am a hero confirmed for the best manga of 2012. Zombie waifu confirmed for god tier.

Saint seiya 01 was shit. A little disappointed but I expected it. This season really isn't looking too great. The new noitamina timeslot is shit. The Jazz show doesn't seem that bad but I know it's going to be shat up with a love triangle and boring characters. It's a fucking shame. That other show is just straight fujoshi bait. I'll give it a shot, but I'm really not expecting much. The color scheme looks appealing though. I don't see why people are so pumped for mysterious girlfriend X. The manga went to shit after the first 15 chapters. The art style is really the only thing that's worth watching it for, but with the show's lack of budget I doubt it will be anything really insane. If they didn't fuck up the voice actors I probably wouldn't be this negative about it.

HunterxHunter continues to be the only fucking anime worth watching. Shin New York arc next episode; shit's about to get real. I might give Horizon another shot. I was enjoying the show and I never really planned to drop it, it just kinda happened. These last couple of seasons have been terrible. There hasn't been a decent manly anime since black lagoon and it's been more than a couple years if we're not counting the oav's. The current state of anime is just really fucking horrible. I don't see why a studio doesn't want to pick up sanctuary and animate it. It's widely regarded as one of the best stories told through manga, but studios just don't have the nuts these days to tell a story. The only decent thing getting an adaptation this season is zetman, and even that went to shit after around 40 chapters.

I was really pumped for this show after the trailer was released. Hell, I was really pumped 10 minutes into the show, but honestly there was just too much fucking talking. Not enough going on.
