been doing some art stuff uyersuyer requested a few days ago. It's based off my interpretation of 32x32 pixels characters people made in a game he and some others made using byond.

I already did the lines but crits is welcome. I know the arms are kinda off =/
my seriousness of this pic 'right now' is about at 6/10 as opposed to the usual 3/4 ish >.>;
could still go up or down, lazyness will kick in soon enough.

What he gave me to work with was a bunch of ovals, text, and squares.. >.>;
But after i got some screenshots I was able to get it.

About an hour doodling before hitting the sack.
Hair is off a bit and so is the eye, no doubt other stuff too.. but yeah.
didn't care about being inside lines or whatever.. smudge tool.

Seems like the thigh part would be overlapping the calf part.
I like the idea.

indeed, modeling an empty room to put stuff in isn't that hard.

instead of trying to load the models into photoshop, you should render a picture of them in the position you want in 3D studio max, then save the image as something photoshop can open, then photoshop it into your picture.

texture the model?

or make a cool 3D looking picture?

If you are trying to texture it, then you have to go through the process if Unwrapping the polygons into 2D coordinates. Then coloring that in Photoshop, then applying back as a texture/material.

If you just using the model for a picture, then render it and save the image as something that photoshop can open
