You employ people to do tons of work and you just pay them some kind of difference. I don't know what 'party affiliation' has to do with anything considering 3 million+ people in jail, more than likely about 2 million or more are registered Democrats, or they probably don't actually have a party IE low information voter/welfare recipient.

Your last picture is kind of like what I just said though, confusing chart, no citation, no reference link, no nothing. If I knew better, I'd say you either pulled that out of your ass or it's something from 2006, it's also quite one sided in that it doesn't show any Republicans as a difference within the image itself. Like I said, I lean left but even this is hardly enough to convince myself my own party is in the green about many issues.

"Republican" is the branding for many people sitting on a "right-sided" leaning, and as people would understand it, democrats are "left-sided" leaning, independents are generally the "moderate" between the two (while that's misleading because an independent could be batshit crazy + have close to no real chance winning elections).

Republicans are easy to understand. Do you want a strict immigration policy? Do you support a minimal foreign policy? Do you believe in god? Do you believe in economic transparency? Do you loathe communism? Do you even silently admire fascism? Do you really think it 's a good idea to hand an American a ticket for leaving their flag out on a rainy 4th of July?

If you answered yes to many of these questions, you are a Republican. And if you're a Democrat yet answered yes to many of these, you don't understand politics, or you're trying to be a moderate Democrat.
