If you want to curve the withdrawal of cigarettes, lower your intake to about 2 - 3 a day and then on the last day smoke 1 or 2 and go cold turkey. Your body slowly grows use to not having nicotine, it worked really good for me. I don't know why I started smoking to begin with but I'd smoke about a pack through a week, when I was stressed out months ago it was almost a pack every 2 days. I think the withdrawal for me is more like a cold though.

Alcohol and adderal (or any speed equivalent) have some nasty withdrawals as well. When I came down off adderal I actually felt so angry about everything that I ended up dented my car, ripped a shirt and also broke a part of my laptop off. But!The Saviors 2 and 3 got done.

If you want to experience withdrawal and addiction first hand, mine as well light a smoke - or smoke pot, since there is no withdrawal (unless you smoke a fuckton for years). I tried/used it regularly from 2008 to now (6 years) and I enjoyed it but I just don't have money or time to waste on it.
