I just played with all high settings I could go to... On E2160 3.2Ghz, HD3850 256MB, 2GB RAM...

1280x1024 ar 15-25FPS (Looks smooth with motion blur) And if I play with some highs and others at medium I get 30+ constant. $614. Thank you newegg.
