There's your problem.
Seriously though, you should get a better Anti-Virus. Avast! is what I use, but there are other free ones like Microsoft Security Essentials (should be used with another), Spybot S&D, and Malwarebytes.
The virus might block you from their websites, so you might need to download them to a flash drive using another computer.
Hope you get it fixed!
