then do what i said before but instead of running norton delete the files.

start -> run
type in "msconfig" and enter
click on the boot.ini tab
click the /safeboot button thing.

restart and you should be in safe mode
run norton again and delete the things.
go back to msconfig and unselect the /safeboot thing
