Essentially I hooked up with this girl at a friend's house party. Long story short I got a phone call that was essentially my doom-sentence; that this girl was pregnant with what she believed was my child. I tried to talk her into getting an abortion and she absolutely refuses.
This will ruin my life.
I have been going steady with my girlfriend for roughly two years now; I love her with all my heart, but she will never forgive me for this when she finds out. And with the other girl constantly breathing down my neck I don't know how much longer I can hide it from her.
So I ask you newgrounds, what do you suggest I do? What can I do to hide this from my girlfriend, and what can I do to possibly convince the other girl to abort the fetus?
For one, did she actually confirmed it was your child or is she actually lying to you? In either case you need to find out the truth and nothing but the truth for as much as knowing the harsh bitter truth hurts, the harsh bitter truth can set you free from the very questions that plague yourself.
For two, if it is confirmed it is your child and refused to get an abortion, you could try to convince her to put the child up for adoption if you don't feel ready to be a father, and if that doesn't work then you might as well consider the idea of taking responsibility for your actions.
In other-words, learn from your own mishaps in life, you learn from your own mishaps you'll learn to not repeat them again.
Then finally for three, if you learn that her child is truly yours then you might as well express the harsh bitter truth to your girlfriend, sure she won't be too happy once she knows but it's better to tell her once that moment is there before she ends up finding out herself. Believe me you don't want her to find out on her own, you need to lay down the truth once the moment is there for it, but then again if you find out what that other dudette says is a lie then rest assured your in the safe zone and that other dudette has been attempting to mess with your head.
In either case, this alone is just a reminder that despite the fact that people mess up in life, people in turn can also learn from the mishaps of others.

Tell me about it, 4th edition messed so much up it just didn't felt like D&D anymore, if only they decided to wait until 2006 if not 2007 to release 3.5 edition then I would be happy but instead they decided to release 3.5 edition back in 2003 witch in turn caused a number of D&D players to relay more towards home rules instead.
Taken for granted 2nd edition was great since it had a lot of lore within a number of campaign settings, 3rd edition was good but I noticed it had a lot of holes within gaps that just need filling and once it got to 4th edition, they only got a select few things right but that's as far as it went, anything else just went downhill for a number of things I'll point out.
Reducing the Alignment System from 9 Alignments to 5 Alignments is a really bad idea to begin with, as much as the Alignment System needed some change, just not in the way 4th edition had in mind, in fact to simply put, the Alignment System needs to be more easlier to understand but should still be keeped as "The 9 Alignments of Morale and Ethics".
Why "The 9 Alignments of Morale and Ethics" be more easier to understand? That's simple, Alignment and Heart just don't mix for the only thing that ever comes close is deeds. The deeds one commits either keeps one's own heart pure or one's heart closer to corrupt, all depending on the circumstances involved. This also explains why Paladins should be of any Alignment but in turn should stick to the very Alignment a Paladin has chosen to follow.
Then as for Paladins themselves that's another thing, people in fact who haven't realized this already will (sooner or later) realize that Paladins in fact fight for cause, a Paladin will fight for whatever cause a Paladin chooses to uphold and not all these causes are that of a "Orderly Good" kind of cause, for that used to be the case back in 2nd and 3rd editions respectfully but once you realize it even more, you'll know why as I type up this post.
D&D made it's downfall upon 4th edition, especially among those who played D&D in the earlier editions but if they ever decide to release D&D 5th edition well they better do that right, pray hope they do it right.

If Playstation 4 makes it so that players are required to be online just to play video games (not to mention how much it will cost to buy a standard copy), there asking for another video game crash, in fact the 8th generation of gaming consoles isn't doing well with just the Wii U alone, it's going downhill to the point where a number of those gaming companies are just asking to go bankrupt.

That's what should of happened all those years ago too, release the Baldur's Gate Dark Alliance 3 game since the 2nd game's ending turned out to be a cliffhanger and a lot of people who liked Baldur's Gate Dark Alliance where really waiting for a 3rd game to come out, unfortunately this didn't happen.
If anything, I think they should one day release not only an HD version of Baldur's Gate Dark Alliance 1 and 2 respectfully but also the 3rd game that just never came to be, that's something that should be allowed to one day take place, all what Wizards of the Coast should do is just give the rights to either Interplay Entertainment again or to Snowblind Studios (Snowblind Studios did help Interplay make the first Baldur's Gate Dark Alliance game, they in all reality should be allowed to finish the series).

WASHINGTON -- Barring an unexpected turn of legislative affairs, a ban on military-style semi-automatic assault weapons will not make it into law, top Hill aides and gun policy advocates say.
The ban will get a vote. But the purpose of that vote will be in part to facilitate its demise. The expectation is that there won't be 60 members of the upper chamber to support the bill's inclusion in the final legislative language.
The likelihood that an assault weapons ban ends up in the legislative scrapheap is hardly unexpected -- the Wall Street Journal also reported on the issue on Monday morning. The ban is the most controversial of four major components of the gun control platform that the Obama administration introduced and that congressional Democrats have touted. The other three -- a universal background check for firearms sales, a federal trafficking law, and a ban on high-capacity magazines -- are likely to be part of a final bill, Democratic aides say, though there is growing concern about whether a ban on high-capacity magazines can make it into law.
SOURCE!
GOOD NEWS to hear it looks like emotional kneejerking making unecessary gun control laws when they obviously don't work because it doesn't solve the root problem. The liberals and those Brady Campaign retards are going to be losing this one. thank god I didn't take that loan out for the next gun show..
Gun Control Laws just won't solve anything, again due to the fact that criminals will find alternative ways to get there hands on such weapons, witch in turn leaves the law-abiding citizen defenseless.
Even then whatever the case, people need to learn weapon responsibility and the reason for that is simple, everyone is armed, down to the body itself.
Sounds like a parody version of Newgrounds, of what would happen if the creators of Newgrounds decided to make a parody version of there own website, Chewgrounds would be the result.
Seems like someone from the inside had sheer intent to post such pictures on the website, if that's the case then I'm pretty sure such individuals are getting sick and tired with the way things are currently going.

When we start using numbers like this to justify further restriction "evidence" will show up causing people to call for even more restrictions. It wouldn't be too long before certain people were calling for an outright ban on handguns. (Like some are already bold enough to call for)
I think I could be convinced to up the age to buy a handgun to 25. There appears to be a spike around 19-24 yo, and as long as we keep the right to own long guns like shotguns...they maintain the right to defend themselves.
But that's just my opinion.
More then just an opinion, America is meant to be the Land of the Free and only a select few things such as Slavery should ever be banned, but banning Gun Control outright will only do this nation a LOT more harm then good, thus explains why criminals will find alternative ways to get there hands on and perhaps even make there own handguns, even saw a documentary on TV long ago where criminals will make guns, even while in prison, they will resort to such and those who even know how won't even stop to fuel there ends.
All who think that Gun Control is the answer will (sooner or later) realize it isn't, this is why I go deeply against it, and if people like Sylvester Stallone believe that Gun Control is the answer, well I got news for you buddy, it isn't, your going against the nation's Constitution for supporting such to begin with and everyone else is also going against the nation's Constitution for the same reason on why they support Gun Control.
Again the big reason why people need to learn about Weapon Responsibility and I bet the people within the state of Maine as well as Texas know similar to what I speak about if not the same thing to what I speak about.
America is the Land of the Free, and the Land of the Free it shale be, the Land of the Free it was meant to be for the rise of the Independents is at hand, banning things not meant to be banned only takes away Independence from the people thus doing the people more harm then good.

BACKGROUND CHECKS
* Make it so that background checks through the FBI is mandatory in all states.
* Provide low cost background checks for individuals selling firearms to other people...whether through craigslist, gun shows, or word of mouth.
* Make an exemption for guns that are passed between family members.
* Expand it to a mental health check. This is tricky because there are serious privacy issues. What I enviion is a court process involving the patient and doctor. However, any revocation needs to be temporary and once the Doctor gives the person a thumbs up...they get their rights back.
AGE TO PURCHASE A HANDGUN
I think I could be convinced to up the age to buy a handgun to 25. There appears to be a spike around 19-24 yo, and as long as we keep the right to own long guns like shotguns...they maintain the right to defend themselves.
Those might be meaningful.
But overall...I think gun control is a distraction that won't helpsave any lives or solve any social problems.
I have a lot of reasons why these solutions will go poorly as I will point out.
If Gun Control in all forms goes against the Nation's Constitution, then it's simply a no-go to begin with, all they want is control and in turn it just doesn't allow people to learn about Weapon Responsibility to begin with.
For Two, even if they make an exemption for guns that has to be passed between family members, it isn't gonna work, someone from somewhere will cheat on such exams and find loop holes, another reason why it isn't gonna work.
For Three, one can't always determine who's mentally healthy and who's mentally ill and the reason for that one is very simple, what if someone who was completely normal on one day and suddenly on the next day the individual actually has mental issues? That can happen in some cases which explains the big reason why one can't determine who's mentally healthy and who's mentally ill.
As for an Age requirement to even Purchase a Handgun, that won't work either, again people under such ages will find loopholes and they will, no matter how restricting they be, loopholes will always be around and this is one of the big reasons why people need to learn why Age & Maturity just don't mix, only thing that ever came close is growing up as the people we choose to become, thus explains why kids need to grow up as people first, once there done with that, only then they'll go for other things (either simple or multiple interest matters not).
Why I say the Age Requirement thing to purchase even handguns won't work are the same reason why age restrictions for entertainment won't even work, people under the age will find loophopes and it's been happening since the day they been created thus explains why people need to learn Weapon Responsibility, nuf said.

My apologizes, I should in fact add onto this comment (newgrounds really needs an Edit button sooner or later) that "let people get married regardless of the reasons so as long such individuals are willing to get married". that's what I should of added on that last post.

Actually if you ask me about this, Government should simply leave Marriage alone, let alone let people get married regardless of the reasons, even then people are already seeing Marriage as a bond instead of a devotion, if people want devotion, they should treat religion as a private club of loyalty & devotion.
Again marijuana should be re-legalized along with hemp, this is after all the Land of the Free, if marijuana is re-legalized then police in turn will focus more towards better things such as murder, robbery, even reckless driving (in fact people need to replace the term of drunk driving and replace it with reckless driving, not all drunk drivers drive reckless through that's an entirely different issue onto itself).

I find this insulting on two accounts: First off, how are people going around decrying the evils of religion and telling believers that they are mindless drones any different than evangelicals or WBC going around telling you you're going to hell? Both groups are essentially the same: people who believe that if you don't agree with them, you are lower than dirt.
What I find really disturbing is that the majority of the anti-religion zealots almost exclusively attack Christians. Why single out Christians? Why not Jews too? We believe in the same thing, (albeit they wrote up a sequel) so why call out Jews on our supposed idiocy in believing in religion? If someone took a break from calling Christianity stupid and started shouting out how stupid Judaism is, people would shout "anti-Semitism!" and rightly so.
I can truly understand why some are mad at religion. It was technically religion that started the Crusades, 9/11, and crucifixion. There are are a lot of religious tribal conflicts which spark violence across the world.
But those are religious extremists. Those who overanalyze scripture will inevitably take it too far. And while it isn't good to follow the rules of scripture and only scripture, religion is not inherently a bad thing. They all profess basic moralities like treating others well. It's perfectly fine and rational to believe in a G-d-all civilizations have had dominant beliefs in a divine creator(s) since ancient times. As long as you live in a balance between religion and modernity, there's nothing stupid about that.
This is one of the big reasons why Religion is meant to be treated as a Private Club of Loyalty & Devotion but instead most people have treated it as Public Influence and people treating Religion as a Public Influence eventually leads to none other but Disloyalty, even Betrayal.
People that read this message I type up should do themselves a favor and treat Religion as nothing more and nothing less but just a Private Club of Loyalty & Devotion, exactly to what depends on the person oneself, let it be Freedom, let it be Technology, let it be Peace, let it be Bungholioism, let it be Jedism, let it be whichever the person wishes to devote oneself towards to.

Maine has NO permits or licenses required for any firearm, and no waiting lists, yet it has the LOWEST MURDER RATE IN THE COUNTRY.
Don't you see that? The tighter the gun control, the higher the murder rate. Counterintuitive? Not really, because when law-abiding citizens are disarmed, criminals who don't obey the laws in the first place have free reign. They have defenseless citizens to prey upon. All gun control does is make it so that the only people with guns are the criminals.
So to all the misguided liberals; Are you really honest about your desire to reduce gun crime and violence? Or are you just really against guns first and foremost? Are you against the gun itself, do you hate the inanimate object, or do you hate the person who actually uses it illegally?
Because... it seems that if you REALLY want gun crime tp be reduced, you should be PRO-GUN! You should be AGAINST gun-control if you look at the facts instead of allowing your irrational emotional response to a tragedy to dictate your views.
Conclusion:
GUN CONTROL IS NOT THE ANSWER. IT WILL ONLY MAKE THINGS WORSE.
Because the state of Maine doesn't even require permits nor licenses to buy guns and other weapons also means the people within the State of Maine tend to govern themselves rather well, in other words easy chance for a person to defend oneself and others at the ready whenever needed, if only other states within this nation didn't have such to begin with we the American people might as well go back towards the ways of the old west itself, save for the fact that there will be a number of differences if we do.
Other nations with all these Gun Control Laws, I have word for those other governments that don't allow citizens to carry weapons, you folks have a LOT more to learn then you realize and censoring this won't help, preventing this message from being known won't even help, people will find workarounds to know this message and all will know from other nations will realize why we have entered a new world era, a new world era of freedom, more self governing, more independence from one another.
Banning the wrong things not meant to be banned takes away independence, banning guns takes away the very independence not meant to be taken away to begin with, banning other weapons also takes away the very independence also not meant to be taken away, people who haven't already just need to learn to be responsible for the power they wield.
That said, using power without responsibility equals corruption, and Gun Control also causes corruption, a LOT more then others realize.

Let's be calm and understanding. I guess if it was just your wife being raped then getting her throat slit, it wouldn't be appropriate to kill the guy. I mean we haven't even tried to understand his feelings yet. We just saw our family in danger and responded, I can't blame you for resenting someone who is prepared to kill another to defend their family.
Someone has broke into my house, let me calm down and take five and try to figure out if they just want to rob me or if I should fear for my own life or my family. Maybe I could go up and ask them if they mean to assault me or my loved ones.

Not only that you shamelessly compare two amazingly different countries to each other and say, this works here.
Gun crimes are usually committed by criminals, guess how criminals get guns, hint hint not legally.
Which also explains why some people even to this day need to learn about Weapon Responsibility, that is The Creed of Weapon Responsibility, why people need to favor that over this Gun Control crap going on.
Those who support Gun Control will learn the lesson that Gun Control doesn't work the hard way, this includes everyone who supports such, thus most of these people don't even know why they unwittingly go against the Right to Bear Arms not to mention the Constitution of the United States of America.
Some of the most unwise people who are total peace fanatics just need to learn that fighting is needed when the moment of need ever arises for once they learn that fact the hard way, only then they'll come to understand (I only pray hope they realize this fact the easy way but if they have to the hard way then so be it).

This alone proves that many people have lost a lot of common sense over the years and the school system in turn has gone so downhill it just isn't what it was back then in the old days.
I mean seriously, have many people gone mad to the point where they take even the harmless thing like a bubble gun as an actual "terrorist threat"??? This alone proves that those in power with no responsibility on how to handle power show how corrupt they have become, how corrupt the school system has become, even how corrupt some people have become and it's just a mess.
This is why something should of been done with the Department of Education back in the 1980s but no it didn't happen, it simply didn't happen because people in power with no responsibility prevented that from happening, guess what happens afterwords?
The School System going downhill and the first signs of this was when GW Bush approved the No Left Child Behind Act, it's nothing more but one sick joke and things where going downhill, this is one of the big reasons why GW Bush will endure once he sees the No Child Left Behind Act become abolished.

Another reason why Gun Control doesn't work is an article from yahoo news I took note, this article called Vegas officer, wife and son dead in murder-suicide.
At 1/22/12 02:21 AM, KEN RITTER wrote:
LAS VEGAS (AP) - A police lieutenant, his wife and son are dead after an apparent double murder, suicide and arson at their home, authorities said.
Clark County Sheriff Douglas Gillespie and other officials didn't immediately identify the police officer or the family members on Monday. Identifications would probably be made sometime on Tuesday.
;
"There was an incident today involving one if Metro's lieutenants," a somber Gillespie said in brief statement to reporters. "Several bodies were discovered."
Gillespie, the elected head of the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, said the lieutenant was a 20-year veteran of the force. Gillespie spoke of "untold grief" for family members, friends and co-workers. He took no questions.
The sheriff said the investigation in Boulder City, about 20 miles southeast of Las Vegas, was being handled by police in neighboring Henderson.
Henderson police spokesman Keith Paul said a man called 911 at about 8:20 a.m. Monday and told a dispatcher he killed his wife and child, set his house afire and would shoot anyone who approached.
The home is owned by Hans Walters, according to Clark County assessor records. Many know Walters as a Las Vegas police lieutenant married to a former Las Vegas police officer, Kathryn Walters. The Las Vegas Review-Journal reported that she left the department in 2005.
Boulder City police arrived to find the homeowner with a handgun in the doorway of the burning house before he retreated inside and apparently killed himself, Paul said.
:No shots were fired by police or SWAT officers from Henderson and North Las Vegas who later found the bodies of a 52-year-old man, a 46-year-old woman and a boy inside, Paul said. Officials said the boy was believed to be about 7.
"We're investigating the incident as a murder-suicide at this time," Paul said.
Even through it's an apparent suicide, I'm pretty sure if proven will point out how irresponsible some people are, even in uniform some police officers like the one in this article, not only he killed himself but also killed his own wife and son all at once, he could of think twice, handled the situation differently and hold his own ground.
Instead he, his wife and his son die deaths just not meant to take place, in other words he ends up whacking things out of proportion not meant to be whacked out of proportion to begin with and the sheer results state he messed up on his own accord.
I'm more then certain similar incidents like this have been going on for decades and this alone goes beyond police officers committing suicide for perhaps even the most simplest of things.
Here's a List of Banned Video Games I found, this describes the number of video games that have been banned in various nations.
The one thing I'll say for sure, when something gets banned, that's like a loss of Independence right there and the sad thing is some of those nations tend to bring even the most Violent Video Games right into Politics, thus the huge reason why Entertainment shouldn't mix with Politics, even if the Entertainment from movies and video games features political references (such as the 2012 film Lincoln).
That said that list will bring interest to those willing to see since some people on Newgrounds don't even live in the United States of America.
