Needless to say, the parents of the child should of knew better to give there child medical attention right where he needed it so but no, they screwed up not once but twice.

Further more what I also noticed as well in that article is that they took the Bible WAY over there heads, not everything in that Book is even true, some of it is false and this alone also points out that some people even to this day need to one day realize that the Holy Bible was just composed out of a series of documents made by various people.

Again this thread all points out to why some people just whack things out of proportion not meant to be whacked out of proportion to begin with, whoever wrote to why Christians are forbidden to use medicine and to visit doctors is the kind of person who really attempts to manipulate people for one's own ends.

Such people who can't learn the easy way need to learn the hard way.

Response to: Earthbound on VC Posted April 18th, 2013 in Video Games

I noticed a number of things to why Earthbound was so delayed for the Virtual Console, I'm surprised they actually plan to release that game on to the Virtual Console.

This Link shows a number of legal issues that Earthbound has earned, another Link here also tells information about the regards of Earthbound being released on Virtual Console.

If changing a number of things was the big reason why Earthbound took so long to finally release on the Virtual Console then I'm not even sure how it'll turn out and chances are if that became the case then it alone would have to cost them a pretty penny just to change a number of things.

More of a wait-and-see thing, not even sure if I want to buy this on the Virtual Console rather then buying it as a Super Nintendo Cartridge alone.

The way I noticed is that it's already at the point where many more people from both political parties have decided to default and become Independents, further more I've also noticed that there are too many republicans and democrats that have been elected President of the United States over the centuries.

In due moment, that will one day change, the American people are already getting sick and tired of the many corrupt politicians that want to violate the nation's Constitutions and the politicians that haven't fallen corrupt decided to default because they know things have gone downhill since.

Apparently they want to loosen them because they're getting so much spam complaints from busybodies that they have a massive backlog and want to loosen restrictions so that they can dismiss most of them.

Now obviously said busybodies are busy spamming them saying no, and it's hard to tell if they're using a bot or gaming the system.

In either case, the FCC should really remove all profanity restrictions on TV IMO.

In other words, it should be up to the locals on how they want to watch TV, it shouldn't be up to the FCC to do the restrictions for the locals, further more what the FCC should only do is focus more on content ratings in the very similar way Indie games dose.

In fact, all the entertainment ratings should focus on content ratings in the similar way Indie Games dose it, the age ratings just won't work because some under such ages will still end up seeing such stuff on TV, more or less matters not, the only thing that matters so is that such people need to learn the common sense of things and the responsibility of determining of "what's reality and what's fantasy", otherwise people will start whacking things out of proportion just not meant to be whacked out of proportion to begin with.

I personally think they could of done a much better job with Gears of War Judgment but sadly, I already took note that various people already decided to sell the game itself sometime after they bought it.

If only they actually keep some of the changes like in the previous Gears of War games, Gears of War Judgment will still thrive pretty well but instead, it seems that the Gears of War series has kind of died down.

Needless to say, already took note that some of the video gaming companies have already been making a number of bad choices and Epic Games with Gears of War Judgment isn't just one of those gaming companies either.

After they pass that, I wish them lots of fun and safety with their new AR. All I want is to make sure people with violent crimes on their record, history of violent behavior, drug abuse, any serious mental disorders, ect. are not allowed to own guns. Everyone else who can be trusted has the right to own a fire arm.

Opinions?
The problem people have with background checks actually has to do with national registration which could lead to government confiscation. That and some bills, have you doing background checks with waiting periods for personal friends just to lend them a gun while you are out hunting.

In other words, it just isn't gonna work as people find loopholes and workarounds to get there hands on not only guns but also other weapons too. No matter how politicians try the gun laws just won't be obayed and if that was the case then haven't they even learned to know better on not issuing anymore gun laws?

The answer is NO, why that answer is NO? Because there not learning what there supposed to be learning, there not doing what there supposed to be doing and that alone points out how dysfunctional many of those politicians have really become.

Many of the politicians in the United States of America have gone so corrupt to the point where they be more then willing to violate the nation's 2nd amendment rights and those kind of politicians could very well be in some special interest group that has sheer intent to destroy what isn't meant to be destroyed, I wouldn't even doubt that some of them even go against Native American rights too and that's just real sad.

As for other nations with there own gun laws, they won't work either, criminals will still get there hands on such weapons, nations like Canada and the United Kingdom should of known better to let the locals be able to defend for themselves but nooooooo, all they worry about is controlling there own citizens when the real problems are already plaguing there nations like disease.

Response to: well, now I gotta get a Wii U. Posted March 25th, 2013 in Video Games

It amazes me that Capcom is finally getting back into making Walt-Disney video games once again like they did back in the NES/SNES eras and I have to admit, Capcom did a very good job with making Walt-Disney video games.

Now if only Sunsoft got back into making video games based on actual movies like they did with Batman and Gremlins 2 for the NES I would be happy, I even noticed someone a while back made a title screen for of what would look like if Sunsoft made an NES version of The Dark Knight video game, this Link shows the result

As for the Wii U, if only Nintendo ever brought the price down for the Wii U, say bring that price down to $230.00 some dollars and make the deluxe version up to at least maybe $260.00 dollars, I may buy it.

Personally what I think the people of Nintendo should of done for the Wii before releasing it back in 2006 is of the following as mentioned below.

1: Wait until 2007 if not 2008 to release the Nintendo Wii.
2: Give it HDMI optional support and High Definition graphics (through standard, S video and Component Video should still be useable).
3: Give it Dolby Digital/DTS support (through not all games have to have Dolby Digital nor DTS support).
4: Give it Optical Audio support,
5: Make it so the Hard Drive is replaceable and upgradeable (it would have to be a SATA-based Laptop Hard drive)
6: Make it so it can play music from music CDs.
7: Make it so it can play movies from putting in a DVD.
8: Make it so it can play movies from putting in a Blu Ray disk (possibly as an add-on)
9: Make it so it can play Nintendo DS and perhaps 3DS games (as an add-on).

If the people of Nintendo did that for the Wii, I'm pretty certain they'll be making a lot more money then the money they are making as of now, that would be a "real" entertainment system, not just a system that plays video games.

Response to: Gun Control Does Not Work (proof) Posted March 22nd, 2013 in Politics

I find it interesting that a number of politicians are so focused on Gun Control and so little on the nation's economy, this Link not only proves that politicians like Biden and Bloomberg don't care about the Nation's 2nd Amendment Rights, they also don't care about this nation's economy.

Why people like them are so focused on violating this nation's 2nd Amendment Rights when they "should" be focusing on the nation's economy???

The answer is simple, they don't care about this nation, they don't care about it's people, they don't even work for the American people by the "needs" of the American people, they are about "wants" and nothing more and nothing less but "wants". Why I say this? Because it's something that simply shouldn't be happening, but it is.

You know why? They place the "needs" for last and "wants" for first, one can't hope to end violence just to ban guns, as it will only make things worse criminals will still get there hands on them and further more will still get there hands on other weapons to commit crimes.

Politicians like Joseph Biden and Michael Bloomberg don't care about the nation's economy, they care only for themselves and if President Obama ever reads this, you, and I repeat, "YOU" might as well say that very thing what you feel you need to say, you know someone else is in control of things and you need to break away from that control, you are the leader of the United States of America and your job is very simple, work for American people by the "Needs" of the American people, not by the "wants" of these special interest groups, it's only going to make things worse!

Here's something interesting I found on yahoo that also involves on why Gun Control just doesn't work, here's an a link about the Colorado Sheriff refuses to enforce the Gun Control Bill.

That link also points out to why Gun Control just doesn't work witch Colorado Sheriff John Cooke mentions "Criminals are still going to get their guns" and yes this is true, criminals will still get there hands on any guns as well as any other weapon in order to commit crimes.

Taken for granted the people within the Colorado State Government will one day be (in a legal way) be removed from office for enforcing these Gun Control laws because Gun Control Laws do go AGAINST THE CONSTITUTION of the United States, they do go against the Right to Bear Arms and the Gun Control act of 1968 also goes against the nation's Constitution as well.

Sooner or later, the Gun Control Laws signed by Colorado State Gov. John Hickenlooper are going to be taken to the United States Suprime Court, Gov John Hickenlooper, if your reading this, you better reconsider the idea and abolished the Gun Control Laws you signed within the State of Colorado, they go against the United State's 2nd Amendment Rights as Colorado as with every state within the United States is meant to uphold the 2nd Amendment Rights.

To put it simple Gov. John Hickenlooper, listen to your local Sheriff and reconsider while you still can, for the Local Sheriffs too also uphold the 2nd Amendment rights as seen on this link.

This Pope Francis individual seems like one who work for the followers by the needs of the followers since the last Pope didn't do so well, one of those reasons is due to the sheer fact he treated the nuns as if they were stepping out of line.

Needless to say, the last Pope wasn't that much of an progressive individual but not necessarily throwing things out of the window either.

Even then the Catholic Church has a series of problems that just need to be dealt with, all I can say at this point is a number of things that need to be allowed to take place.

1: Let women become priestess of the church (they should be treated the same as men and that remained that way until Paul really mucked things up).
2: Allow priests and priestess to marry one-another.
3: Treat Religion as a Private Club and not as the Public Influence.
4: Expel those Priests that have been known to commit various crimes (keeping it as a secret to begin with long ago is a really bad idea).

If the Catholic Church refuses to make these changes, they will dissolve, and what dose this have to do with Lighten up, Francis? So he gets the message should he see this post.

A video game crash would suck. But, I think that is worst case scenario.

Considering the fact that the number of bad choices being made by a number of gaming companies gives reason why the customers themselves (as customers are the boss) the results of a video game crash go beyond Sony itself.

One example is video games that require internet connection even for single-player, yes that's right, single player and as soon as I took note of this I was like "you have GOT to be kidding me" and that started when Diablo III came out, I'm pretty sure a number of people took this PC game back when they realize you have to have internet connection just to play this game to play even the single player.

And that's just the beginning, if they bring Diablo III out to the gaming consoles and those games require internet connection to play even single player, that be another reason why a video game crash is upcoming, look at Bungie's Destiny coming up, they say that too requires internet connection just to play even single player, and so dose the 2013 version of SimCity for PC and from what I read a LOT of people had trouble trying to play SimCity just because it requires an internet connection to play even single player mode as mentioned on this link.

That said, some of those video gaming companies that keep making it so people are required to have internet connection to play even up to single player mode if they release such games to the console market, that be another reason why we're gonna have another video game crash.

Taken for granted if it's games that are designed to be Massive Multiplayer Online gaming such as EverQuest and what not I could care less about that since there meant to have internet connection but video games designed for just single player if not co-op players such as SimCity shouldn't even require internet connection and that's what's getting Electronic Arts (or some could say Evil Arts) in the hot water, if it's games like Halo, Killzone and Gears of War well internet connection should rather be entirely optional since they have multiplayer options.

What dose all that have to involve the Playstation 4 could flop? If Sony makes bad choices and another video game crash takes place then it affects Sony a lot among other video gaming companies heavily affected, but even if Sony made good choices for the Playstation 4 and another video game crash was still allowed to take place then Sony will still suffer the effects of the video game crash, just not as badly if they made good choices for the Playstation 4.

But here's my point on why the "In God We Trust" within our nation's currency (in the near future) needs to be abolished and replaced with "In the American People We Trust" (the short version of it). Do people really think that God is really fair? If that's the real case then all those people won't have all these problems anymore, all the babies being born in the world (as well as beyond this world) won't even have all these health issues that some currently end up with even to this day.

Is God, Goddess, The Great Spirit as various people call it really fair? NO, it isn't, again if it was then people won't be having all these problems, people will act fairly, get it? I hope some people who read this thread do so because if they don't then they'll learn hard way, sooner or later matters not.

And why "In the Hearts & Wills of the American People We Trust" (long version) in future currency? Do even the Judges of today think that God is fair? That better not be the case because if such is the case even now then sooner or later, they'll learn the hard way.

Taken for granted from what I'm seeing here could very well become another video game crash since the sales of video games where steadily going down since 2009 as mentioned on Gamautra. The video game sales where most potent around 2008 then started a decline around 2009 (hmm I wounder why).

At the typing of this post right here on this forum, we haven't had another Video Game Crash since 1983 in North America and that's like almost 30 years ago, with the bad choices being made the customers are gradually losing consumer confidence as they once did back in the early 1980s when it came to the 2nd generation gaming consoles.

The only difference here is that the reasoning for why customers are losing consumer confidence as of recent is a far more different story, not everyone has internet access and can't always enjoy the multiplayer modes seen in video gaming franchises such as Halo, Gears of War, Killzone and what else that includes multiplayer modes. Some of those gaming companies when it comes to putting video gaming in the console market are WAAAYYY too focused on making it so you have to be online just to play the certain gaming modes you can't normally get when playing video games offline.

What they really should do is make a separate achievement/trophy list for both offline and for online, again not everyone is able to afford online connection for internet and some people will in fact refuse it outright. Even then certain games are simply better off not having an achievement/trophy list, not all video games have to have achievements/trophies.

Another thing they should also do, make it so that backwards compatibility is sold separately, especially for some of those video games people know full well that just can't be found elsewhere, in fact that's what Sony should do for the Playstation 4 while they still have the chance, make it so that backwards compatibility to play past video games to be sold as a separate hardware add-on for if they do that, they'll gain even more ground then they once did when they first released the Playstation 3 back in 2006 (they could of waited until early 2007 to do so).

Either way, if video gaming companies keep making bad choices to the point where customers really lose consumer confidence, where gonna have another video game crash, they need to learn to make good choices, making it so that future gaming consoles have seperate offline and online achievement list is just one thing, making a hardware backwards compatibility thing that allows you to play past video games is another.

Instead Of In God We Trust... Posted March 5th, 2013 in Politics

It should actually become "In the Hearts & Wills of the American People We Trust" when it comes to the US Currency, why is this? Because "In God We Trust" written in our nation's currency violates the Wall of Separation between State and Religion to begin with.

Further more instead of "So help me God" when swearing upon the Presidential Oath, that should be abolished & replaced with none other but "So help me my Fellow Americans". Why "So help me my Fellow Americans" for the Oath of office of the President of the United States? Because the President is supposed to work for the American people by the needs for the American people.

General of the Armies George Washington made one bad mishaps when he included "So help me God" within the Oath of office of the President of the United States, at least for what they say, but I think the biggest mishaps of them all is a number of past Presidents using Bibles when swearing that oath, this will change to the point where no future President-elect will ever be allowed to use holy books (even unholy books) when being sworn into office.

This is without a doubt a change that will one day take place, a change that will come to pass once the moment is due.
