Still, it hasn't had much of a mention on this forum and people are ripping on Halo.
Call of Duty.
Seriously guys, it isn't even funny how little each game changes and yet a crapton of its fanbase pay $50+ every year to get the latest one.
Outlast
It was good gameplay wise. Hell, it was great in terms of gameplay. But horror? Not even close. With annoying chases, spammed jumpscares and the stupidest ending and people still think it's scarier than Amnesia. Yeah, I don't think so Pewds.
That's just to name 2 that I can currently think of.
My current favourite would have to be either the Mass Effect series or the Bioshock series. I know, they're not PC exclusives, but nonetheless I think that they're great games on PC.

Thanks for the reply; sorry I was so late.
I guess your best bet would be to look up some tutorials on how to use softwares, because I've only used MS Paint, GIMP, and Photoshop.

You guys think it's a photo? XD
It's a rendered 3D model of The Employer, which is the main antagonist of a game I am working on. I used GIMP to composit the image.
-Your Jeff the Killer is a much more interesting piece- what drawing materials did you use? Where's your light source? Good hands.
The Jeff the Killer drawing was traditionally drawn with pen and coloured with pencils, then scanned to the computer and polished up a bit with GIMP
There's a whole series of them on my deviantART page. I only got a Newgrounds account recently and haven't had the time to post a lot here due to being busy with my schooling, but I will upload the rest here soon. Thanks for the information and comments, I'll remember to clarify what I am showing in the future :)

I'm getting better at digital art but I'm still practicing. To any other noobs out there like me, show me some of your stuff, I'd like to check it out. You help me, I help you kind of deal.
Anyway here is my first work.
Looks great :)
Here is one of mine

I'm not really looking for spending, and I didn't get along with Paint Tool Sai or Sketchbook Pro. And right now, I'm looking for things to make pixel art. I've tried Paint with no avail, and I'm not great with Photoshop. Is my search completely hopeless?
I find Gimp pretty easy to use. It's a bit like Photoshop, but with two differences that I have seen from my personal experience (considering I'm not great at Photoshop either):
1. It's completely free
2. Its interface is easier to learn
