Half-life, Toe Jam and Earl 3, System Shock II, and I was looking in one of my Dreamcast magazines and I just seen that a game called Castlevania Ressurection was originally suppose to come out for the Dreamcast. I also believe there was suppose to be a Blades of Vengeance game for Dreamcast that was never released. I see a screenshot of it right now.
3 games don't work right with the original nes i own and this is 3 games of the 63 nes cartridges I own! The other 60 work flawlessly! And yes of course i clean the carts out with alcohol and q-tips. Smash TV won't play on my original Nintendo, Super Off Road won't, and Gauntlett 2 takes a heck of me blowing into the cart to finally get it to work. I don't understand it. Am I unfortunate latley that 3 games I bought recently don't work right in my Nes? I think people shouldn't be allowed to sell Nes Cartridges unless they try the Cartridge out on a real Nes. It seems that sellers are all using clone consoles... :(
I forgot to add in the fact that I do believe playing cd-r burnt games on Dreamcast wear the laser out much quicker than gdi-rom(actual disc). I think I hear the Dreamcast working harder and I think it's the reason my 9/99/1999 Dreamcast ended up crapping out on me and I had to replace it with a new Dreamcast back in 2007 or 2008. I know that the Dreamcast I own now is the second model because it had different box art. For some reason we kept the box art of the original Dreamcast and the new one I have now. Just keep in mind that there's a risk that your Dreamcast laser will die quicker playing burnt games, especially if it's the first Model. Some people online say that it's a bullshit myth, but I personally don't think it is. I can hear the Dreamcast making more noises than it normally would when it's trying to read off a cd-r.
Dreamcasts I believe it sells for cheap still tho. I think I paid about either 50 or 100 bucks for mine brand new back in 2008 or 2007 off amazon. I'm not sure how much it goes for New now adays but I doubt it would cost an arm and a leg. Hell, Dreamcast was a very affordable console when it first came out with a 199.99 price tag but I think you had to buy a vmu separately and of course a couple of games so it probably came near a 300 dollar price tag if you included all that. My Father I believe bought the original one for us back in 9/09/99.
Disc consoles are hard to collect for. The problem with them is that when you look on ebay and amazon the lister of the product generally won't tell you if the game has next to no scratches or not. That makes it harder to trust sellers and you can't even go by feedback percentage sometimes because usually they work it out with the person so negative feedback isn't left. That and people overprice disc consoles new labeled copies all the time.
I noticed some New Dreamcast games go for outrageous prices such as 60 dollars or more which is ridiculous. Not even on games that I would consider rare at all, and were quite popular games when it first came out on the console such as Power Stone 1 and 2. The prices new for those are atrocious. With the ridiculous price-tag on some games I'd recommend to pirate even tho some of you consider it morally wrong to burn Dreamcast games on a 25-50 cent cd-r. It isn't wrong when people are ripping others off.
Dreamcast is only 15 years old and people are asking ridiculous prices on some of these games. You would have thought it was the original Nintendo, rare Atari 2600 game, or rare Colecovision game. However people that sell games on those consoles usually don't even ask for ridiculous prices unless it's actually rare and even then it's hard for them to sell it because most ppl aren't going to fork out 300-400 bucks for a video game. Some of the less common Nes cartridges do sell upwards to 60 dollars but that's not half-bad seeing as the Nes is a lot older than the Dreamcast and a lot of those carrtidges are actually rare to some extent.
Sega isn't making any more money off these games, so don't feel to bad. I supported the Dreamcast when it was out and others were stealing from Sega.(I didn't even know it was possible back then) I only found out maybe around 2004-2005 that it was possible and at that time Sega was dead in the console industry. However at times I bought games used which also hurt Sega because they only profit from sales of New games. Most of the Dreamcast games we bought back in 1999-2004 or 2005 era were new except for Marvel vs Capcom 2 which we paid an outrageous 45-50 dollars used back in about 2004. I don't even know what happened to that copy of the game because it's missing and probably damaged some wheres in my house. I was bad at taking care of Dreamcast games. However I am trying to collect more Dreamcast games but I can only find them used and if I'm lucky scratch-free. The sealed Dreamcast games are outrageous in price as I already said. I think I seen some clowns selling copies of sealed Dreamcast games on popular titles for around 150-200 dollars. LOL, good luck at trying to sell that to anyone with a brain.

Dreamcast probably is the colecovision of the late 90's but the majority of games on the system are good games. I believe Dreamcast has about 150-200 games just like the Colecovision did. I'm talking about official games. I know some people have made homebrew games for both consoles but I don't consider those as Official.
Has anyone beaten Blue Stinger on Hard Mode so they get the big eyes after they complete it? Supposedly if you beat Blue Stinger on Hard Mode you get Big Eyes the next time you play that saved data. I looked online and could not find pictures of Videos of this. Makes me want to play Blue Stinger again but I'm about sick of the game since I've beaten it two times in the past two weeks. It's not that I hate it but it's a bit too much Blue Stinger for me. ;)
I don't understand Democrats that see nothing wrong with people Murdering their child and claiming it's pro-choice instead of pro-murder. I don't understand the logic of how Democrats are for killing babies but against the Death Penalty.
All I see is the younger generation that disrespects consoles like psx, n64, dreamcast, snes, nes, genesis, atari 2600, and colecovision. I do not understand where this hatred comes from. I see a lot of idiots on youtube talk about how older consoles suck because the graphics can't compare to their precious xbox one or ps4. How retarded are the kids now adays? It makes me glad I was born in the mid 80's because I have a lot of respect for the games of the past. Maybe I'm an oddball but I enjoy the gameplay and even the graphics of older consoles. I love my Dreamcast, Colecovision, Atari 2600, and especially the Original Nintendo that is filled with a lot of underrated and unappreciated games.
This belongs in the politics section you dumb shit.
If you watch the Berserk Anime, don't watch the first episode first. Watch the first episode last because it makes much more sense then. Who ever released this series kind of fucked up and should have made the first episode the last episode.
I see hypocrites all around me. Anyone in that Father's shoes would have done the same if they caught a molester shoving his cock up his son's butt-hole. The criminal in this case is lucky the Father didn't shoot or kill him. I think a Jury would have let this man off if he had ended up killing this criminal. It has happened in the past back in the 1980's where a man shot and killed a criminal that had molested his son and all charges were dropped on the father.

Or something else?
Have you seen Berserk before and did you enjoy it? I wish they had finished the series but obviously it didn't sell as well as they needed it to. I own the box set which I bought new back in 2004-2005 for about 130 bucks.

Use gameshark and make sure to have elliot's raygun or whatever it's called checked because it's an awesome gun you can't get in the game unless you beat the game a ridiculous amounts of time to earn it. The gun will start off with 0 ammo but later in the game when you get into the 3,000 kimera dollar room you can load up on ammo on it and that is the strongest gun in the game. Not only is the strongest gun in the game but it's pretty cool looking too. Remember you can only use gameshark one time at the start of the blue stinger game. You can't have saved data and use gameshark then because thats not how it works on dreamcast games.
Stop celebrating Christmas then you atheist fucks. I'm sick of the retarded Atheists claiming it's no longer a Religious Holiday. It will always be a Religious Holiday. Stop celebrating it if you're a true Atheists.
They are very evil people that are usually unpolite and say nasty things such as you're a moron if you believe in a creator. Not only that, but even if there is not a god or after-life it's a beautiful concept for people to have hope that they'll meet up with their loved ones once again. Atheists are not good people and most of them secretly believe in a creator but lie about it.
Disgusting story, and people that Murder over something stupid like this should be put to death.
Final Fantasy VII is why it tops the N64, but at the same time N64 has one of the greatest games ever made in Zelda Ocarina of time. It's a close one, but I think I'm a bigger fan of FFVII. The characters are also a bit more diverse in the FFVII world.

The game for some reason plays in my Nes clone console, but the thing is the Nes clone console doesn't work with Four Score so I can't play the game in 4 players as intended it for. I think a racing game is pretty stupid to own unless you're playing it with a bunch of other friends. Or so I've heard four score doesn't work with clone consoles. Haven't tested it out yet because I'm waiting for my four score in the mail.

alot of times the pins or slot is warn down, try adjusting the cartridge in the slot in different positions.
No, I mean the actual chip in the Nes cartridge. I know what pins are. My Nes plays games flawlessy as long as the game isn't defective or really dirty. I have a new 72-pin in mine that I bought off ebay. Every game I put in my Nes usually works the first try in if the game is clean and has been taken care of. It's just that I'm unfortunate that lately it seems like I found 2 copies of Nes games that people didn't take of. I think both Super Off Road and Gauntlet 2 were both poorly taken care of. Super Off Road has a deep scratch on the right side of it as if someone threw it against something.

Had my father who works in construction rip off the region locked part and now Gauntlett 2 works. However Super Road still doesn't work and I think the person that sold me that might have sold me a broken game that still partially works on a clone console. Basically I think there's a missing chip on it and thats why it's not recognized. Sucks because I'm out 8.54 and left him positive feedback. Oh well, sucks... Or maybe something else is wrong with my Nes and thats why it can't read Super Off Road. I don't think so tho because I've looked in the Super Off Road cartridge and it looks like one of the chips on the right or left side is ripped off. I know it's normal for some chips to be off in the middle but I don't think its normal when chips pieces are missing on the left or right side of the cartridge.
Could Nintendo's idiotic lock-out chip be causing me a headache with these games? Maybe it has a hard time reading these games for some reason? Is it safe if I do what this guy did in his video or could I ruin the Nes?
At 7/17/14 09:11 PM, sweet21 wrote: Or the cartridges are broken or worn out. The fact the game is 4 players means absolutely nothing.
If they are worn out, then why would it work on a clone console?
I own over 60 Nes games and most of them work on my real Nes, but recently I bought two nes games that refuse to work on my Nes console. These two titles are Super Off Road Nes and Gauntlet II nes. I bought these two games because I wanted 4 player games for my nes but it only works on my nes clone. Does anyone know if the Four Score works on nes clones such as retrobit? I hope it does because these two games do not work on my real nes. (sad face)
This is crazy, because the rest of the games I own work on my console. I sure hope it isn't 4 player games that don't read on my Original nes with a new 72 pin connector. That would be a oddity.

You're talking like a liberal and making everything about race. Most people want the characters to keep their original appearances. If you want to make black, white, asian, hispanic, or any other race super hero than make a new hero instead of changing the appearance of an older hero. They can get away with it with green lantern because there's multiple green lanterns. However I don't want to see them changing the appearance of a character I grew up with, and they only do it for their retarded liberal agenda that ends up backfiring because less people buy their comics then.
Not only did they make him black, but he looks like a dork with those red glasses... They need to stop changing these characters. When ever they do this it backfires because both white, black, asian, hispanic, native american, and all heritages stop buying the comics. It's not the characters we grew up loving. I would be pissed if they made the character Spawn or Blade into a white guy or any other ethnicity.
