Correct, Cascasing Style Sheets is what I'm looking for.

You should probably ask in the Programming forum.

I seem to remember DreamHost's control panel sucking ass when I used them, and that's the main reason I don't anymore. I think they've changed it since then though.

How 'bout a blog/forum/tutorial website for programming and design? I just shat out a layout that could be used.

One that doesn't suck*

I've got 100 GB of space and plenty of room for everything else. I'd rather program it from scratch, but that'd take too long and I'd give up after the first few lines of code. A heavily raped phpBB3 will do.

How should the forums go? I'm thinking something like this:

Misc.
- General
- Web Hosting
- Development Software
- shitting fucks
- porn

Programming
- Desktop
- Server-side
- Markup
- Other

Graphic Design
- some other shit

etc.

Also, what should the name be? I already have http://blobfish.net and it's not being used.

I canceled AxisHost and am using NameCheap now. Mainly because they don't give a shit about what you put on your website (I've had an account suspended because somebody posted porn on my forums), but they also have some good plans and are reliable. Much better than GoDaddy.

Instead of using 16 different images for the navigation, you should just use two and put text over it. That way there is much less loading and you can easily add/remove links.

If so, they are very easy to do:

Text to show up

Pretty sure he knows how to do that, since he did it in his post.

Do you mean URL redirection, like with Pixel2Life where the URL says something like "http://www.pixel2life.com/tutorials/cou nt/55444/advanced_hosting_plan_graphic/" but actually takes you to "http://www.artkit.org/?p=25?"

Granted, that will run you $14,739

Actually there's two quad-cores in the Mac Pro (octa-core), and you can have two 30" displays. Also, Apple pre-ordered most of Intel's new 3.2 Ghz quad processors, which are going to have a huge speed boost and use less power. so it's like fuck

Response to: Mac OS 10.5 'Leopard' out on 26th Posted October 30th, 2007 in Programming

Holy fuck, Apple sold 2 million copies of Leopard opening weekend. Tiger took six weeks to sell that many, and it was the most successful before Leopard. Crazy shit.

Response to: newgrounds Coding mouse-hover Posted October 29th, 2007 in Programming

Not sure what you mean. I'm pretty sure that script is has the exact same effect that the portal has, except it's a little less laggy. Are you talking about the graphics, or do you mean the code is cleaner or something? I can't see any difference between the two.

Upgrading to Leopard was painless, I just put the CD in and double-clicked the installer icon. The rest took about 45 minutes. When it was done after Time Machine was backing up my hard drive and Spotlight was indexing so it was a little laggy for an hour or two. After that, everything seems even faster than Tiger. I have the Applications folder in my dock and it used to take a few seconds to load the list when I right-clicked it, but now it's always instant even with the eyecandy. As with most Apple products, everything looks better than in most screenshots. Spaces is fucking awesome, and it's implemented perfectly. It's been in Linux for awhile, but I could never use it because it's so horribly implemented. Apple it a great job on that. Overall everything kicks ass and installing was easier than expected. Leopard was well worth the price to me, and it of course blows Vista out of the water but Tiger already did that.

I got there a few minutes before the store opened and counted over 300 people in front. Only took about 20 minutes though, and a few hundred more people lined up after me. I expected a line but not that fucking long, especially in Oklahoma. I'll tell you how Leopard is tomorrow, if anybody cares.

Response to: Mac OS 10.5 'Leopard' out on 26th Posted October 26th, 2007 in Programming

I'ma go to the Apple store at 6:00 to get Leopard 'cause they're gonna hand out free shirts 'n shit. This'll be my first Mac upgrade, is there going to be a line at launch? I'm wondering if I should get there early.

Response to: Mac Leopard Posted October 25th, 2007 in Programming

Already been posted.

And fuck yes I'm gonna buy it. The more I read about it the more I want it, I might line up at the Apple store tomorrow, it's coming out at 6:00 PM and they're gonna give away free shirts 'n shit. Not that I'd ever wear an operating system shirt, but still, it's free.

Those are some layouts I've done. I've worked on the last one for about 15 minutes. I can do much better, but I have a horrible ISP and it'll take forever for me upload more examples. And I'm on AIM/MSN/YIM 24/7 so I'm almost always available when I'm awake, 'cause I have no life. Hit me up if you want some work done.

Response to: I think my dad thinks I'm gay Posted October 23rd, 2007 in General

I get called gay because I don't like to watch large sweaty almost-naked men in tights slap and lay on top of each other in front of a camera.

Wrestling sucks shit. At least football has slutty cheerleaders to balance out the gay.

Tell your dad you've sucked dick and taken it up the ass before, but didn't really like it.
