Some more growing up. Games like supersmash bros. are for little 12 yearolds.

Thats a big negative. It's called im 19 and your 15. It's also called I grew up with Mario and Zelda on the NES and being able to kick other peopels butts with them online would be awesome. So how about you ask your mom to buy it since your not legally able to hold a job yet.

They shouldn't have been stupid with the gamecube, and instead should've made SSBM online. That would've gotten so many gamecubes sold, it would've boosted Nintendo the money that it utterly missed out on with it's recent failure systems (GC and DS).
That would be impossible to connect it to the internet. Just look at the configurations of Gamecube, and no to mention the size of the disk. Nah, It can't handle the Internet.

I said the next Super Smash Bros for the Nintendo Revolution. I didn't say play SSBM on the Gamecube Online.

Im gona get a Revolution because I enjoy franchise games like Zelda and Mario. But I also would buy it just to play SSB ONLINE.

It is going to happen on the Nintendo Revolution...more characters...more maps... more items...Master Hands 3rd Mutated Hand???...better graphics... The question is, who here is excited about it and who will become addicted to it online???

proof?
NES - 1985
SNES - 1991
N64 - 1996
GameCube - 2001
Revolution - 2006?

that's 5 to 6 years per home console. also, Nintendo has a great history of keeping their previous consoles alive for the gamers to enjoy even after new hardware debuts. the last NES game was released in 1993 (Kirby's Adventure), that's 12 years after the console was initially released! the last game for the SNES was in 1998, two years after the N64 was released. the last N64 game was in 2001, and Nintendo announced they will support the GameCube up until 2007.
You're forgetting the gameboy, the gamboy pocket, the gameboy colour, the gameboy advance, the gameboy SP, the hundreds of "limited-edition" variations of the SP and the DS, and all the games are TRASH.

Ummmmmmmmmm the playstation was originally going to be the Nintendo Playstation. It was designed by Sony for Nintendo. But, Nintendo didnt like it and went to the N64. So, Sony decided to release it for themselves....btw if Square never left Nintendo for Sony, the Playstation would have died.

BTW noob, variations??? by that do you mean colors??? sorry if they want you to have a choice of colors, they all play the same games. Having more colors is nothing to whine about. If you own one, you dont have to get another one. Also, the Gameboy was the 1st, pocket was done because smaller stuff was being made and they had to upgrade it. Color is a new gameboy and so was Advance and DS. Why whine about it...I'll say it one more time...Super Smash Bro's ONLINE = o m f g

I don't think a timer would make a blind bit of difference. What we really need to do is track down the mass-zero-voters and slice them up into small pieces which can then be made into pies for the needy.

Thats hard to do if the 0 voters use a proxy to mask their IP address :-/...the only thing that would solve it would be an exp system, via BLAM and PROTECT like on the Flash Portal. You would get so many voters on songs, the 0 voters really wouldn't have that big of an effect. Could it be that hard to transfer the code over to the Audio Portal and make it basically a flash portal voting system with music not flash? :p

F-Zero - Bigger Blue is now available to hear. The song was done over a month ago, but I waited to post it till a few days in April past due the the appearence of a crazed voter the begining of the last two months. I do however have a Remix of an F-Zero song that is exactly 4 MB in size ( If only they allowed 5 MB song :'( ). It still needs a bit of work though.

I thought the Audio Portal was MP3 only, not WAV...WAV files tend to be huge, and would surpase the small 4MB limit with ease.

Just put up a referbuished song I made a long time ago called Mario's Uber Slide. Gona put the F-Zero one up as soon as a few days in April pass. I dont want it to hit a negative score by the crazy 0 tard. BTW Pavo-MiskicI liked your top song :D, very very very much reminds me of Rareware music. For some reason when I heard it, I thought of the Fear Factory in DK64 and not so much Banjo O_o.

I still have to finish Air Man A Capella, but after that, I have no projects on the go.

This thread is so inactive. ;)

Yah it sort of is O_o, if more peopel who made game music knew about it Im sure it would be a lot more active. As for the ass voter with the proxy IP and 20 accounts. I'd expect the next vote 0 attack to be on the begining of April. They have done it at the start of Feb and March so it would only make sense pattern wise :(.

I'm gona post a remastering of the Big Blue theme from F-Zero or a piano remastering of the OverWorld Theme from Super Mario Bros 2. I have a lot of other songs I have yet to put on here, I just feel that putting to many at once would be wrong and most all of them would be overlooked. Including there wouldny be much anticipation lol. Anyway, expect one of them to get posted up soon. It will probably be the F-Zero one though :p.

How can I be sucking up the guy has no songs on the top at all...perhaps he did earlier and they all got voted 0 also. Fact is the voting system is so screwed up on the Audio Portal that any tard with a proxy can kill an entire section... The highest score right now is a 3.84..thats sad. If the Audio Portal had a similar blam/protect system for exp like the Flash Portal it would generate FAAAAAAR more voters and thus guy voting 0 really wouldn't have that big of an impact because of all the other votes that counter it. Im sure it would also get this site more members.

Response to: Guy Voting 0 In Audio Portal Lmfao! Posted March 13th, 2005 in General

No way chronamut did it because all his stuff is off the top also....I agree 100% with the review thing for the Audio Portal... The only bad thing with that would be there was be way to many 10 songs from 1 reviews and stuff. I think it would be cool if there was a blam protect system in the Audio Portal sort of like the Flash Portal. It would increase the fan voting in it by ENORMOUS amounts. So much so that a fag who voted 0, 5 times really wouldnt be able to do much. Try and vote 0 5-10 times on the top flash song in here, your hardly going to change the score. So the only way to counter this is to give rewards to people who vote for songs, aka exp.

Response to: The Videogame Music Club Posted March 13th, 2005 in Clubs & Crews

Yah, just checked the site again, things are even worse, admins really need to IP ban the fag who keeps ruining the VG Audio Portal.
