Youth who smoke are generally regarded, legally, as victims of the tobacco industry. Then, if they sue the tobacco companies later in life because, as "victims", they got cancer, what will happen? When this generation's "victim" status moves up to adults and the "victims" start suing?
Will we see a slew of defeats for the Tobacco Industry and vast amounts of cash awarded to people who were stupid enough to think they could safely smoke?
We can only hope.
