From what I can tell, it's online only. You can download them as .pdf, .epub, or .cbz files. I don't think there's a hardcopy option, unfortunately :c

I got smacked around a few times growing up. Looking back I think it was the right thing to do. Nothing teaches quite like pain. It's a tool that ought to be used time to time when a kid is clearly being a piece of shit so that they learn their lesson and remember it. After a few minutes of research, I think the Springfield XD-S series are viable options for concealed carry. I recommend 9mm, since .45ACP with that short of a barrel is rather unwieldy.

I don't really care about the whole lightsaber argument, but I don't see how it really adds to the weapon defensively when the actual build protrudes a few inches from the handle before the side blades start. All one would need to do is slide their own lightsaber down that one's main shaft and sever the side ports, disabling the extra sabers. IMO it's more likely to injure the user than an opponent.
