personally, i love Jak 2 the most. Jak 3 was fun and all, but there were a lot of useless gun mods and was kinda weak compared to Jak 2. if there is a Jak 4 on the way, i'll still play it. but i pray to God it's at least slightly better than Jak 3.

lol i was just about to say that. the only thing that bugged me about the PS2 was that you couldn't really play fps types on it (controllers seemed too sensitive for that). then the Xbox's came out and became the true shooter's consoles. still, the PS2 was basically the perfect system, capable of playing damn near everything.

and i really don't understand why you are disappointed by the fact that the chief is portrayed as a girl in the first place. i mean, really. sure, it'd be shocking if he really was a she, but i feel that we need more female fps leads. the only fps heroine that most people are aware of is...well, Samus. wouldn't it be much more interesting and insulting to know that the chief, being a woman, was responsible for mass destruction of Covenant forces and equipment? wouldn't it be totally awesome to know that a woman was the one who activated Halo and destroyed the Flood, saving Earth and aiding in the establishment of an allegiance with the Elites?

everything's looking good everyone. the most obvious mistakes are in proportion and poses but they're nothing you can't fix in the future. time and practice will put an end to that. seeing as i mainly do pencil art, i wouldn't mind contributing to this thread. though i pretty much posted everything in my other long-dead threads...oh well, i guess i'll just pick one or two from my folder to let you guys take a look ^ ^.

like the others here have said, having a highly detailed item, such as that gun, paired with a stick figure that obviously took half a minute to make, really does ruin any potential effect the piece could've had if there were a more impressive figure wielding that gun.

i'm not trying to utterly crush your self-esteem here. true, the gun looks good, even if it was traced. but pairing it with a quick stickman really does ruin everything.
