I will go on record and say that just recently I collected all 100 bandages and thus unlocked nearly all characters. Haven't got 100% yet; still have to do Dark World Cotton Alley. But yeah great game overall all, frustrating at times. Possibly the biggest time waster was put in unlocking the Kid. Bluh, turns out beating IWBTG was merely practice for that spike-laden hell.
I appreciate the review though some of it kinda seemed harsh (only because it was so brutally honest). I will most definitely make some revisions with your words in mind, and thanks for complimenting the soundtrack!
Holy Freakin' Crap I made third!? Holy jeez... uh I mean, WOO-HOO!! I will definitely put those store credits to use that's for sure, but anyway, thank you SOOO much judges for selecting my story and congrats to everybody else who made it in the Top 5. This was worth the wait I must say. Still, I'm curious about how I could have done better... Any how, great job everyone!!

Even after killing a bunch of Elites on your own you still get stabbed and all that remains is your helmet. But 30 years later everything is green and happy again, and your helmet is still there!
Haven't touched multiplayer yet; currently playing campaign on Legendary and it's a b***h and a half! Just beat the sixth mission and going solo on this mode is a frustrating exercise in masochism. Hunters and vehicles are a pain but the Elites are the worst. Take the agony of these guys from the previous games but give them AI that makes them leap every which way from your fire and you're officially in Hell my friends.
But I made it this far, and I'm getting my money's worth dang it (though ironically I'm borrowing my copy from a friend :P)

I got no gripes fighting him; my problem is with PLAYING as him. I fight him a few times in Arcade and he seems cool but then I play him and I can't immediately pull off any of his special moves except the Ultra Combo. Other characters like Cody and Zangief are fun right off the bat to play as but Bison just sucks in the pick-up-and-play factor. I seriously don't look forward to playing as some of the suckier characters in campaign, blegh!
