I see what you all mean, but even though he mensioned 'mexican gangster' in his post, some people would obey the law, and even though its maybe quite easy to imagine a 50 year old going around with his brand new Atomic Missile Launcher threatening the world, its more likely the ammount of crime will go down, because the police will be armed and protected where as the gangsters will just be armed and unprotected.
