I will never follow advice that i see as a threat. this whole discussion is opinion. Art is an opinion. That's why it is so hard to grade and set rules for it.
I could argue that everything has a meaning in this picture.

If you think you know what should and should not be in the portal, than fine. But, don't pretend like your ego is not a factor in your ruling.

but i seem to be having a problem.
where do i download the preloader?

I am trying to use a preloader for my first flash vid.
But when I click on the newgrounds preloader, I get a bunch of random numbers and letters.
Is this normal? And if so what am I supposd to do with them?

which version of flash do you guys like to use?
Im asking because each version allows certain techniques and im really interested in what people use as the foundation of the technique. That foundation being the version of flash you use.

I need to know where and how to report users for posting comments that send me to harmful websites.
and post comments about other users sexually abusing his friends... in real life.
and the worst thing is is that people fall for it and end up hating the supposed "rapist"

i just need to know how to report him.

and even if he was it doesnt change that what he had to say about the positioning is valid.

Costume design is big. Your character has a tight tee on and maybe you were trying to meet the superhero tights and the clothes Im not sure.

But more thought into why you character wears the things he wears is always a good way to start.

It looks good so far.

I recall there being a Topic where people were supposed to go to an online painter and paint... the cite allowed a recordingthat you could replay as a speed paint
