cool cool
the abstract art bit is interesting.
good even.

But your bee pic made me hope to see some more "disturbed" art.
even though the kirby pic isn't too dark.

either way.
your art is different and good.
cheers/

at first sight.

I agree with you there. but some people really enjoy that part of my art, so im not in a huge hurry to change that. But i am working on making my work more comprehensive.

I like that fat guy tho, it made me laugh
he is a funny fat dude. not lots to say, but lots to look at.

Response to: Some art. random stuff. opinion? Posted April 14th, 2010 in Art

the quality is all somewhat....bad.
just based off of the lines and not the art.

I do enjoy your budha/rainbow
piece.

Response to: Characters for a Comic comments plz Posted April 14th, 2010 in Art

it's alright
a bit sloppy
the coloring is done in a way so that i am not sure if it is intentional sloppy or if it is stylized.

Response to: what do ya all think? Posted April 14th, 2010 in Art

)

it's funny
good snese of humor.
decent style.
the lines are messy

and it's impressive that you continued to draw even when you were hurt.

this is cool.
i would have been a tiny bit creeped out, but only for a minute.
may i ask why you made this for her?

I only ask because for awhle i was making art for a girl that i had a crush on.
and i was just wondering if i was alone in this "crush" expression

long story short i was hoping you guys could tell me where to find a audio tutorial for a hip hop beat.

I was thinking something catchy like three 6 mafia

it may seem like my request is lazy but i assure you it's just because im rather confused

fold, wrinkle my clothes. Posted April 12th, 2010 in Writing

I would like to thank you guys for taking a look at my poetry. Any comments will be welcomed.

Often Enough
Inspired by the well known poet H.D.

Simple flame, lick the body,
gloss mortality,
weld it into tin

Never to fold
under love's weight
creases cannot form under armor
that brushes up and strains
charitable affinity
metal human suit.

Melt the shell
sink into it,
leave puddles on either sides
of your life.

Response to: Heartbreak (A Poem) Posted April 12th, 2010 in Writing

i like parts.

the repeated words are nice.
but when the poem opens with a contradiction... it makes me take it less seriously.

Response to: Breathing Barnacles Posted April 12th, 2010 in Writing

i also like this poem.
it's very visual, but it seems random and that makes it abstract.
it seems almost to abstract and random.
there's no structure.
some of the lines are really great though

Response to: A drawing Style Posted April 12th, 2010 in Art

what you said makes sense.
but...
it's always a good idea to find artists that you really like, figure out why you love them so much,
and then do studies of their art.
that's the only way i can every figure out what style works best for me.

even if you end up not liking it it's still a good experience.

Response to: [art Collab] Monochrome Art Collab! Posted April 12th, 2010 in Art

i just have a quick question,
does it have to be in that kind of brush type....
like i use scratchy pen and i would love to make something for this.

Response to: A Few Paintings.. With Real Paint!! Posted April 12th, 2010 in Art

cool cool
I like how youshowed one with a realistic subject and rendering, and the second one was more abstract.
it gives us a good range of your abilities.
cool

Response to: what's up slow stuff? Posted April 12th, 2010 in Art

here's the latest:
alice in wonderland stuff.
abstract, but not sloppy.
comments and suggestions would be appreciated

Response to: E.J.R's works of art Posted April 11th, 2010 in Art

the latest one is much better...
the first one not so much
the first one is very light and rough in some areas.

thank you very much for your thoughtful review I will definetly take that into consideration in my future work

I gotta say I really like your work. By all means keep as much detail in as you can - that's one of the best things about your work, just make the lines more thin and lighten tone. But if you don't like the outcome, well I can't control your style, I just wanna see if you can extend your work even further.

thanks for noticing my style and commenting on what you likeand would like to see more of.
I will comment some of your art shortly.
thanks much

It's a comic page that ends with this one page.
Tell me what you think

those are birds on a power line btw.
thanks much

Response to: My Art -tell me how i can improve!- Posted April 11th, 2010 in Art

yeah
i am impressed by how much the second piece has improved over the second.
the lines are darker and seem more confident.
just do whatever your doing, whether that's practice or studying reference.
keep at it.

Response to: Please help me with the body. Posted April 11th, 2010 in Art

first off I dont think you mastered the head. look here for more help on that. and as for the body....

it's good to divide such a complicated thing into parts, and then practice those seperatly.
for example: only draw hands for 2 days then switch to feet etc etc.

i wish you luck, but you need practice.

Response to: My art :3 (Dakuto) Posted April 11th, 2010 in Art

very nice
the first one is the best in my opinion.
everything is near flawless except for his left arm (our right)
it seems a little awkward and stiff for such a dynamic pose.

wow thanks.
im not sure why everyone likes that piece but....
it's appreciated.
