further studies have proven that THC can actually help reverse the effects of alzheimers (there goes trouble remembering things)
most people feel relaxed when smoking marijuana, not paranoid and anxious and it has been proven that THC is an effective relaxant, anti-depressant and pain killer for people suffering from chronic diseases (anxiety, paranoia-trashed)
altered time perception is from what i know a short term affect that happens when you're high just like anxiety and paranoia are supposed to be though i've never experienced this (well that removed it from your "long-term" list didn't it?)
and yes it tends to make you tired the day after but hell who really cares bout being tired

Some of you have to be users, so why can't you provide any insight whatsoever into the mind of a pothead? first off that question was never posted, this is about the legalization of marijuana not why people use it. second of all i don't see how that is relevant to its legalization. but since i'm a gentleman i shall answer your question, people smoke for the fun of it because of how it feels just like alcohol or cigarettes, personally i think anyone can figure this out even if they've never smoked. i have, its fun, i don't smoke often, it hasn't affected me negatively either.
i have a question to all of you who so adamently agree that pot is "evil" and causes only horrible things, why can't you reply or argue with posts that actually present facts supporting marijuana like the one i left earlier, is it maybe because all your knowledge is based on anti-marijuana propaganda that has been bludgeoned into your minds by the government and media. i think you should all do some actual research on this and maybe try to contradict my first argument that i posted here before rambling on about how its the tool of the devil and does no good for our society.

(i am aware of a lack of capitalisation that has nothing to do with pot so don't pull some cheap "you can't spell it rotted your mind" bullshit)

alot of you forgot to factor in such things like many ppl who smoke marijuana are idiots and they are the ones that go on to harder drugs and look like idiots making marijuana look so horrible, another thing is that morijuana is both less physically and psycholoigally addictive then alcohol or tobacco yet they are illegal, not only this but it has shown to have many medical benefits (pain relief, anti-depressant). I smoke marijuana on occasions and i don't believe that my use of it has deteriorated my mind. I do not feel a need to smoke like cigarrettes do and i know no one who is addicted to it. I think if used responsibly and controlled like alcohol (no driving while stoned) it would not hurt society as many people seem to think it will but obviously the key is responsability just like with alcohol, which by the way has hurt society much more than a little bit of grass.

i dont think anyone here has yet realized that even though coca is USED to make cocaine it still is not cocaine, chewing coca leaves has been an important part of sum pre-columbian religious rituals that continue to this day. though it is the main part of cocaine production banning the cultivation of a plant that is so important to a country's culture is absolutley ridiculous, and i dont believe it is the US's job to patrol the globe to stop drugs.

im sorry to say but most of the stuff submitted on ng is made by annoying little cocksuckers who think their cool or people who r too lazy to gain a basic understanding of flash before they submit drawings that look like theyv been made by 6 year olds. i know that the first submission usually isnt that great but its not an excuse to do sumthing like that, iv seen first submissions where ppl have worked at getting good before submitting cause they arent idiots. i rate things the same way everyone does, how hard it is to use flash has nothing to do with it since other ppl have shown what can be done with it

Exactly, but pretty much 100 percent of the people who flame like that HAVEN'T made flash. Are there people who dont make flash who dont flame? Yes, but there are not many flamers who have made flash, that scored above 1.00/5.00.

I'm trying to figure out why all these idiots think that responding to a negative comment about their flash by stating "Flash by shi_huangdi: - none - " or others who have not created any flashes is like some type of trump card. What the hell are these people thinking "hmmm, it seems that people think my flash sucks well since they have'nt made any flash stating this makes their comment irrelevant and somehow improves the piece of shit flash i have posted to clog up the portal. Some people have to learn that you don't need to be able to create flash to be able to tell the difference between a good and a bad animation and that this doesn't make the person who commented on your flash wrong, all it does is prove that you're an ignorant motherfucker who can't admit made a bad flash and can't come up with a good enough argument or insult to prove that the person who commented is an idiot.

So to all those who have used the no flash argument, or the "its my first flash", you are all fucking idiots and your flashes are garbage. Get over it and improve

its so fun how ppl like to make connections between music and violence by looking at so few examples. yes heavy metal can (is not always) be violent, loud, anti-christian/church/state, but does that make sumone do anything. like any other music its expresses certain things, in most heavy metal its pointing out problems in the world caused by other things like the government, sumtimes its just random BS put into a song for fun. sorta pathetic how leaders of countries and churches blame a genre of music for a few deaths while the organization they uphold has been resposible for hundreds of thousands of lives.
