4.09 / 5.00 12,195 ViewsA buddy of mine who has been rapping for years now has recently started a Facebook page featuring his music. He's very good and I would like to lend a hand by helping him get noticed. One of the things I would like to work on is his page. While it's functional, it lacks any sort of eye candy. It's very plain and his picture is the same as his FB profile picture. His cover photo is a picture of a microphone off the internet on one side, with his rap name in Microsoft paint Old English text on the other. It's cheap looking, I mean he can rap but he ain't very talented when it comes to aesthetics. So lieu of the crummy visuals I ask one of you fellow artists to donate your time and craft a fancy eye catching piece of artwork he can use as a cover photo. Your name will be credited, a link to your site or whatever will also be displayed, and you'll also have some big thanks from me and my friends. If you're interested, have any requests or questions, go ahead and PM me or respond via this thread.
I've experience working with flash and I'm comfortable using it, only it has become so focused on HTML5 and what not, that it's become clunkier and slower with each new iteration. At least on my old laptop anyway. I've looked at toon boom and fell in love with the 3D depth feature. Only thing is that the good ol' PB doesn't carry a functional version of it. Anime studio, which features a similar 3D depth feature as toon boom, is not built for frame by frame.
So what is a good alternative?
