Well this week went well. Ignoring agitation seems to work wonders, If you don't react people will get bored and leave you alone.

This weeks Principle : "Respect yourself and others will respect you" If you put yourself down then everyone else will as well. If you focus on the good then people will stop trying to put you down as they cannot.
