A couple of notes:
- Prototype 2 is based off the Comic-Con 2008 poster that Zeeb posted a while ago
- Only buttons 1 and 2 (top left and top middle) work because I couldn't be bothered making a bajillion movies
- If the extras section is going to be set at 480x350 resolution, the animations will have to be scaled down
- I haven't gotten around to making a transition for the pop-up overlay thing because I don't know how to do it with the current prototypes
- Made in CS5 with AS2

Procrastination FTW!

Sorry for double post

Forgot to mention that the buttons behind are clickable through the overlay... trying to fix that

I don't like studying for exams. So I animated instead!
... I don't know if that's a good thing. .___.

Anyways, I've nearly finished my first animation. View it here! However, I didn't add in shading because I couldn't be bothered, haha! I don't know, I kinda like it without shading, but let me know if you want me to add it in.

Also, I've made a rough sketch of my next idea. View it here! I don't know if I'll end up finishing this second one, though.

List of updates:
1.1 Development
1.2 Refinement - Colour
1.3 Refinement - Effects

2.1 Development

i'm actually a LOT happier with this version:

but you said to stay away from filters. i jut think they add so much, like here the force of the impact is seen in the vertical blur.

let me know which is preferred

I don't think zeebrafication is saying you are banned from the use of such effects, rather, I believe he means that you should try not to resort to those tools. In other words, I think he would like us to try to put the extra effort in to recreate these effects through frame-by-frame animation. Love your animation btw <3 :)

Hey guys, so I got exams coming up, so I have to study -____-;
So, I decided to work on the animation while I can.

WELP, I'll continue this in the Summer break after I finish my exams! :)

You can see the progress here.

Improvements planned:
- Shading/Highlights
- Shadows
- Smoke effects
- Improve blood effects
- Background
- Fix the 'swerving' leg on lower body scene
- Fix jittery body/hair on the head impact scene

List of updates:
1. Development
2. Refinement - Colour

So I found some free time in my day, and came up with a rough little concept of my part...

I just wanted to show that I will actually do something in this collaboration :P

Response to: 60 Frame Collab 5: Posted October 16th, 2012 in Collaboration

Hi,
First of all, let me introduce myself. I'm ShinsukeIto, but you can call me Shin :)

I just wanted to inform you that I'm very interested in working on this collaboration.
However, due to other priorities (SCHOOL) it may be a while until my part is completed.

Anyway, that's it. I will still try to keep an eye on what's happening on this forum topic, though.

I hope this collaboration goes well!

Done!

Hopefully we'll get some more people! :)

I would like to take part 7, if I may. (Cannonball hitting castle)

Response to: The drip collab Posted June 29th, 2011 in Collaboration

I support this!

By the way, I can start animating the second scene if you finish the first.
Also, wasn't this supposed to be in black and white?

Response to: The drip collab Posted June 25th, 2011 in Collaboration

I would like to be involved in this, If I may. ^^
Say, is this like the Bad Apple video clip? Without the silhouette style, of course.

Now, what I would like to know is if the example you have given there is actually an example, or if it's what we're going to actually be animating.

Also, the only way to do this is for each person to wait for the last person to finish their part, so they can morph their section from the last person. This, in my opinion, would be very time-consuming and arduous.

Thus, my proposal is for you to create the start and end of each scene, so we can easily morph the parts in between without waiting for others to finish their parts.

Um... my PC died so I won't be able to work on it just yet, but I hope to get a new PC soon.
ARGHHHHHHHHHHhH I'M SO FRUSTRATED!

So, yeah.

Response to: The Chrono Trigger Collab Posted January 8th, 2011 in Collaboration

Hi, my name is ShinsukeIto... and I would love to join this collab. I'm thinking of doing my favourite place in the game, the magical kingdom of Zeal. I do not intend to have voices, so bear with me here. :P

I would really like for this to come out, Chrono Trigger is one of my favourite games. First started playing it on the SNES, and was super excited when they released it on the DS.

I'm hoping to release a demo of my part soon.

Response to: Moarphs! Part 2! Posted November 18th, 2010 in Collaboration

Sorry guys, I don't think I'll be continuing...

Sorry and good luck!

Response to: Moarphs! Part 2! Posted November 10th, 2010 in Collaboration

I have no idea, actually! :P

I always associated the colour purple wiht poison.
What colour should I make it? Green?

Thanks for pointing it out. :D

Response to: Moarphs! Part 2! Posted November 10th, 2010 in Collaboration

Hey, it's me, ShinsukeIto.

I'm kinda disappointed that Transmoarphers didn't really work out.
Oh well, shit happens I guess.

Anyway I've decided to join, and I'll be picking poison, is that ok?

I've already made a test swf. The poison's consistency is a bit thicker than normal poison though.
The swf is here.

Hoorah!!! Voted 5!

It's cool for it to be finally out. Had a lot of fun making the parts!

Lol, my name is still spelled incorrectly, but oh well.
I still don't understand why there's Ryu and Ken at the title either, rofl!

Also, thanks Simpleanimator. :P

Response to: Pixel Perfect Collab Posted October 26th, 2010 in Collaboration

Ahh, just noticed something in the update.

My name is actually spelled with an 'i' not an 'l', so in lowercase, it's shinsukeito.
Just wanted to clear that up.

Thanks!

At 4/6/10 08:11 PM, moonhitler wrote: I think the main problem is that you compare it to Moarphs 1. It has more random transformations, and no machinery-style transformations. You also say that we make a transformation animation, which then, after said transformation, reverts into a part of a larger robot. You don't seem to point out that the first transformation should be a robotic sort of one.

Are you talking about mine? Because I tried to make it machinery-styled. I think it looks like a robot.

Response to: Moarphs 2: Transmorphers Posted April 5th, 2010 in Collaboration

Well here is my completed piece, I guess.

If there's something wrong that you guys point out though, there is a high chance I'll go back and change it. :P

Anyway, without further ado:
http://www.newgrounds.com/dump/item/a97f 3d6665d22f0f867e888f39de52f9

-I didn't add shadows because I was too lazy.
-Added smoke and light effects.
-The ending was kinda rushed. I didn't know how else to do it.

make youre final transformation into a symbol .. so copy/ paste all the frames into an mc

Yeah, I did that too! It's really easy to find things and I always do it even if I'm not in a collab.
