well,i think the intention is good tho it wont really help against 0 bombers since there are countries where the IP adress is changed every time you turn on your router,and in that way they can still vote as many times as they want in one day. maybe not with their account,but its easy to get 100 votes if you're really bored. the same goes for those who want to promote their songs and do the same with just voting 5. in any case i think that if you wanna vote (whatever the vote is worth) on any creation,you MUST leave a comment and then everybody knows who is using these methods,and if they dont leave a good enough explenation for their votes,the votes can be cancelled by the NG staff.
