The macadamia nut milk is the same prep for almond milk only after all the same instructions for the almond milk is done I blend it again with PB2 which is a powdered peanut butter which is low in fat, a pinch of Himalayan salt, and castor sugar.
For the rice milk I just added a cup of cooked jasmine rice with 3-4 cups water and blended and sieved. I added castor sugar, pinch of Himalayan and some ceylon cinnamon. You must find that cinnamon, it will rock your world.

Unless you live near the water, seafood is terrible. Go get shrimp from the gulf or keys. Even in SE Asia will have splendid shrimp. Crab is great from Alaska and Lobster from Maine. GO THERE. Don't buy it or eat because it's 'from' there. Get it fresh.
