Yup. One meal today and it was an entire pepperoni pizza from Dumbknows.
Atleast you're not making a meal out of dried cherries.
Eat a giant bowl of rice or 10 mangoes.
This isn't new, just what I've been listening to this week.

When I was in pre-school I was underneath a jungle gym and this kid was purposely kicking sand from his shoes onto my head. I grabbed the boys head and slammed it face first into the slide. I never saw him again when the teacher found him passed out. No one knew it was me.
So...let's just say I had anger issues til middle school.

Well yes. Hence I said IS and not WAS. I got call from my grandfather in Greece last week on his birthday, he sounds really well. Like the mind of a 40 year old man.Wow. They are old. That is really impressive that they can live that long.
Supposedly people have lived into their 120's but the majority of people who are over 100 have well lost their birth certificate and can't seem to get another. I know my great grandpa has said numerous of times that the island he lives on has a woman who is 117. She doesn't do much but tend to her garden and goes to small social gatherings. He met her twice and say's he believes her. I'm certain even know wiki or the Guinness book doesn't recognize these people, that they certainly do exist.

Most people who are spiritual lead slow calming lives. They may sleep more than the average person and not engage in high activity. They like peaceful calm days and their day lasts 'longer' than ours. Just like the turtle, the slower a human is in life, the longer the life span.
My great grandfather is 111 and the other great grandfather 108. No great grandmas, they died before 100 but lived til their 90's. And no fucks are being given by any of those two men. They live peaceful lives. One on an island in Greece and the other in Alexandria, Egypt. They both happen to just tend to their garden and fish most days and be really...really...fucking lazy.

My own diet is primarily plant-based nutrition. It's taken me very far.
Very true, which is why most people fail veganism and go back. You must have proper knowledge and eat ENOUGH, especially on a more raw path of life. I hope people realize that they can't just live off of vegetables, they need enough calories in the form of carbs. Fruit, rice, potatoes, whatever. Getting in simple sugars. After all, the brain mostly lives off of carbs and sugar. Needs a little fat and a little protein and you're good to go.

I get blood work done every year. I've testing my soil. Instead of asserting? what?

I don't eat pizza so I don't know, lol. But what I can say is, you already KNOW what you're about to consume is unhealthy, so what the fuck ever, right?

I said RAW VEGAN. Do you not know the difference? Many fat unhealthy vegans out there. Being vegan isn't the cure all, it matters WHAT you're eating.

I eat more than you and I'm only 5'3. I don't see your nutrition results either. Also, if you were getting everything you needed in your diet, you wouldn't need a multivitamin. You're proving my point. Stop.

I love it, yummy!
Yeah! Romaine use to rip my stomach apart but now for some reason I can eat a whole head with no issue. Spring mix and baby spinach FTW though!

Also, basing your diet on fruit isn't necessarily good either. This statement is primarily based off Dr. Joel Fuhrman's work. He says your diet should be primarily greens based (high nutrient) but he still allows unlimited fruits. Basing your diet on fruit doesn't get you the beneficial nutrient content you find in greens.
Why does everyone assume I only eat fruit? I eat an equal amount of greens. You don't get calories in with greens so I eat ALOT of fruit as well.
Which is exactly what it seems like you do in every one of these threads, even to people who basically agree with you.
No. People IMMEDIATELY assume I'm starting a war because they know I'm vegan. Read the thread carefully and see all the people poking fun at me and bringing the fact that I'm vegan up.
I'm not mad that you poked at my weight - more confused than anything. I don't get what prompted you to go straight into attack mode when I was just trying to have a friendly discussion.
It wasn't an attack. If you read the post it said DON'T TAKE OFFENSE. Yet it feels like you did.

lmfao, b12 is naturally found in dirt, you hack. Vegetables soak in that shit and transfer. Eat a root vegetable some time.
Oh, and btw, meat eaters suffer from b12 deficiency just as much as vegans.
Let me know when you hear a screaming plant bleeding it's way to a sure fire demise and I'll become a breatharian

Try eating 3000 calories from mostly fat then try eating 3000 from mostly carbs. See how fast you gain weight.

At least, that's my projected understanding of why vegans tend towards informing people of the benefits of veganism and the mindset behind it. I can't speak to Shauna's motivations.
I'm not even promoting veganism, I'm asking people to make healthier choices. Mash some chick peas and avocado together and throw it on your salad, squeeze lemon, add a small portion of cheese, WHATEVER. I want people to stop pretending that because they have green in there, that it makes it a healthy meal. I want people to make healthier choices. Veganism is really cool, but yelling at someone to go vegan or die in a fire won't get my message across. He's mad because I poked at his weight so he poked at me for being vegan. Fair game. But in reality, eating the right way will let your body be at it's natural healthy weight. It doesn't mean you have to weigh 150 pounds, you can still be a healthy 200 pound lean male. Easily.

I have no idea why you think this. That doesn't even make sense.
Facts of life my friend. Carbs burn faster than any other calorie source so you can go ahead and keep munching to meet your daily needs. Complex carbs burn slow, so I avoid those most days.
Go to Cronometer and enter in EXACTLY what you ate today. See what's going on in your own body if you're curious.

I never said anything to the contrary, did I? It seems like you created the argument yourself, only to respond in a pissy, stereotypically militant vegan way. You've done this before and it just makes me wonder if you create these threads to bait people into bullshit arguments you mostly create yourself.
I switched so I could look into my emails. And it has NOTHING to do with being vegan. It's about making better choices. You are no where near your healthy weight. If you were healthy internally, it would show on the outside. If you don't like my thread, DON'T RESPOND.

Because the humans basic needs are 90/5/5 Meaning 90 percent of your calories are coming from carbs, 5 from fat and 5 from protein and you should be eating an abundance of food to meet your bodies daily requirements for nutrition. NOT GETTING THEM FROM PILLS. The only way to eat in abundance is to eat things that move fast in the body and quick burning energy sources in the form of carbohydrates. No one meets their daily nutrition requirements except for a small percentage of people. I happen to meet it, because I eat a variety of plant foods high in vitamins and minerals and I eat around 3000 calories a day. Any man SHOULD be consuming atleast that much if I'M eating that way.
90/5/5 is BASIC. But the MOST you should be doing is 80/10/10
