Like everyone else has been saying change your lifestyle - diet wise. You sound like you're on a one way trip to diabetiesland. Don't cut out sugar, as your brain almost exclusively runs on carbs and sugar, but cut out processed sugar and foods. Eat natural sugars from fruit, cane sugar, etc. If I were you, I'd keep the sodium and fat down for a little while as well. Eat lean meats and cut they dairy out for a few month and see how you feel

Second of all, know your alchemy - it's not advised to mix vodka and alcohol (as in stomach, not only in glass).

Also, if you feel you might have overdone with alcohol, eat something greasy or fat. It could be even butter or sunflower oil. Fat neutralises alcohol.

Everything this man said. Also, I would also be aware of your blood sugar levels. I advise you get a kit from a WALMART or somewhere to test your blood sugar everyday. Test an hour before you eat and an hour right after once a day to see if diabetic symptoms are arising. Alcohol is just carbs and sugar, and you may have an issue processing them.

Good luck.

Oh, and just to be your own WebMD, I think you might have testicular cancer, just because.

Response to: How to make great hamburgers Posted 11 days ago in General

No. Best way is to handle the meat gently and to add a small bit of ground veal to the mixture. Grab the amount you want, put a tablespoon of mayo and work it gently into the meat. Then place a slice of butter in the middle of the patty. Cook on a low temp for however long you wish but let it slowly cook and marinate in the grease. Best burger patty ever.

These are facts people

3000 calories? Are you sure? That's a lot of calories, do you work out the entire day? I used to eat around 3400-3800 calories when I was powerlifting. Hell, most men don't consume that much calories. Unless you just eat carbs then yeah it's possible.

Yes, because I eat high carb, low fat. 90 percent of my calories are coming from carbs most days. I work out just 4 hours a week. Low carb and high fat can work for some, but not for cardio driven athletes. I'm running or on the bike. I rarely lift.

Alot of cultures also take my type of living too. Africans and asians mostly. Surprisingly the thinnest of all the other parts of the world.

Where's the meat though. There is a meal that is guranteed to fill up any man. An illogically huge 500g medium-rare steak with some sides (ANOTHER 500g of random vegetables so you could eat a whole kilogram of food in one sitting).

But I imagine if I was 7 inches shorter and a woman it would be a bit harder to not be overweight since I couldn't eat 500g steaks every single day.

Well you would put the meat and dairy where the overt fats at the second to top is. Once or twice a week. Meat sits in the colon, so to eat it so often isn't very healthy. Your body needs to catch up. I fill my body with high carb foods, no need for red meat. 10 bananas or 6 large potatoes will fill you up just as much as your steak. I eat 3k calories everyday, so it's hard to not be fully satisfied everyday.

The vagueness was THAT severe. That's how fucking vague "eat healthy" or "eat a lot" or even "eat very little and still gain weight" is. It's as pointless as using a duel as an alibi in 18th century Imperial Russia.

Do you understand now?

Count your calories. "a lot" and "basically nothing" isn't a specific number of calories and macro-nutrients.

You do need to eat a lot if you want to get 100 percent of your recommended daily needs in. Eat alot of the right foods and little of the not. No one cares about the fucking food pyramid anymore.

If only we replaced it with this

I only go for vegan rolls now, but when I did eat fish I had a love for Hamachi, Sake, Maguro, Unagi, Uni, Saba, and Masago.

Hamachi and Toro were my Kings. Sake and Spanish Mackerel at a tie for 3rd. I never liked rolls till I went vegan and just clung onto sashimi and the rare occasion of nigiri.

I miss it sometimes, but eating meat made me feel very ill most times. The last time I had raw fish I got food poisoning. That was the deal breaker after having gotten it three times that year to make me stop eating any animal products. =/

Just so everyone knows, it wasn't just Sony's move on canning the movie, it was movie theaters that backed out one after another, which then led to Sony scrapping it for good.

I'm also going to be the devil's advocate here and say that this was just a really terrible idea right from the very beginning. A couple of clowns making fun of North Korea and depicting Kim Jong UN being killed on screen was quite possibly the last thing the world needed. I think that's really the issue there, I think it would have been fine if they portrayed Kim Jong Un as a human being and at the end of the movie he sees the error of his ways, opens up his country, and has a big dance party with lots of weed and liquor with Seth Rogen and James Franco and Justin Bieber for some reason and all's well that ends well and South Korea's like "hey you got room for one more in this party of yours?" because it's a comedy.

But instead they just kill him. That goes beyond being a simple comedy, that's a move on the political chessboard, especially when the State Department gave the movie a green light http://www.thedailybeast.com/articles/2014/12/17/exclusive-sony-emails-allege-u-s-govt-official-ok-d-controversial-ending-to-the-interview.html

I know "1st amendment" and freedom of speech and all that, but just because you can say or do something doesn't mean that you should. You're free to draw offensive pictures of Mohammed and to yell "GOD HATES FAGS" outside of the funeral of soldiers, and it's all protected under freedom of speech, but that doesn't mean that it's a positive contribution to the world.

How about a medium bowl of rice and 5 mangoes. Also in what time span must this be accomplished?

That's a meal for puny humans. A real man eats 10 mangos or cooks 2 cups of rice. It must be eaten within an hour like I do everyday.
