My first one lasted hours and I went to the ER where they ran a bunch of tests and found nothing. We finally left with them not having a clue and my mom saying I had an appt with my therapist in a couple days anyway.
That's happened to me too. They're terrible. My heart races and it honest to God feels like a heart attack. I've been to the ER for several because I really do have issues with my heart racing, so then my heart starts racing which LEADS to a panic attack, which makes it worse. Horrible cycle.
OP, try not to stress too much. I know it's a tough position but a lot of the other users had good ideas. Making a back up plan, knowing what you can control and what you cannot control. You are young, you cannot mess up as badly as you think.
Also, if you really do think you are having real panic attacks, or simply dealing with too much anxiety, go see a doctor. Maybe a low dose beta blocker or another med could be used to help you calm down. Cutting out caffeine can help as well.

So I still don't want to believe it's true. :(
http://www.cyberspacememorial.com/ Appears to be a site where anyone can go post an obituary for anyone, for free, with no requirements.
I'd have to agree I was thinking there would be a REAL obituary, like with a funeral home or burial arrangements. Typically the name of the wife and children and any other survivors are posted. That he was preceded in death by his mother.
I would also hope it is a hoax, he was a good guy and I always liked him and enjoyed his posts. And even if you didn't know him, it sucks when 2 kids lose their dad.
I have Windows 8 and another computer running Vista and Fallout 1 and Fallout 2 both do that to me as well. Usually I just go into my windows properties (Like right cilck on the desktop etc, you know, your desktop and appearance properties/personalize) and I change the colors to I think 16 bit and that always fixes it. It's been awhile since I have played but fiddling with the colors always corrects the issue. I did not have to download any patches or any fixes, I just changed the colors.

Me neither.
I tend to make friends with really assertive, out-going people. The problem with that is that they're a really open with their feelings. My best friends frequently spout things like "Oh man, I love you, Pig" in that friendship-y affection kind of way and then I'll divert it with a change of subject like "hey, I wonder what so-and-so is doing, let's call him" or I'll just hesitantly acknowledge it with "Ha yeah."
I am very assertive and out going--but I have trained myself to be that way FOR work, so regarding my career, I am in charge and have lots of people working for me. But personally, I'm more of a loner. I hate crowds, I hate parties.
It's even worse when my female friends say that and I give them some sort of hapless grin and then I feel bad because they went to the trouble of verbally expressing their fondness for my existence and they think their affection isn't being reciprocated.
Are you guys really touchy-feely?
I am a female and I am not touchy feely. Sometimes I worry people who meet me or invite me over, are thinking, "Wow what a giant bitch" I'm in the south, and people down here are real big on hugs and handshakes. People will often hug when meeting someone! To me, hugs are for people I know and have feelings for, friends, family etc. I'll sign someone's birthday card at work, and then she'll come up to me later and hug me really hard, "Thanks girl!" and I know she's just being polite, but inside my head I'm repeating "personal space personal space personal space"
Are you an emotionless monster incapable of expressing compassion and love to your fellow humans?
Or are you somewhere in the middle?
I'm in the middle. I used to be way more emotionless but I have trained myself a lot so that I can function in the grown up world.

I feel the same way about him, and Leonard Nimoy, and I'm with Shauna on Mel Brooks.

Any way, I now made a small update that could address the loading problem if it's related to the ads. Could you still try again, if that made a difference? Thanks for the help!
It's still not working on firefox(for me), but it's still working fine everywhere else.
I also recommend Ccleaner, by Piriform. I have cleaned up many old, slow computers with Ccleaner.

It is working fine for me in Chrome and in IE where ads are allowed. (not signed in)
It is working fine for me when using Chrome and I am signed in, and that's even with the ads "blocked" by newgrounds because I am a supporter.
So I'm with you, it's a plugin or adblock of some sort. (I must have a pop up blocker on somewhere.) That's 3 times I have tried it and it has worked, it is not your fault.
If people leave abusive reviews, just flag them and we will be able to remove them. Maybe put a note in your instructions that people using adblock/pop up blockers or different plug ins may have trouble.

I don't use adblock, but I am a paid supporter on Newgrounds, which means I do not see ads. That's a good question!

Congratulations and good luck at camp. You will enjoy the air force. I have several family members in the AF and they would not change their decisions for the world.
Will you still be attending college? Usually they work with you and you can do both. Having a bachelors degree in anything will get you instantly promoted and way more money once you complete all basic trainings.
Don't forget about us! Holler at us when you get back!
I cooked all damn day yesterday so today I did as little as possible. McDonald's for breakfast, leftovers for lunch, homemade nachos for dinner.
We don't have anyone who delivers chinese food here, I would have to go out and get it. And I am too lazy for that as well.
Happy Boxing Day to all you who celebrated as well!

Also just glad that Jeremy shared it with the masses. I thought I've made some awesome 'cards' for 2 years and no one shared them, pretty sure the first year they didn't even say thanks :((
I got your Vday card one year and shared and loved it more than a friend. I still have it. I have a walk in/open closet in my office so I basically just turned it into Newgrounds land. I have a post card from you as well. Dunno why the color/lighting came out so yucky, but here. I hope this lets you know how loved you are!
I highly recommend anyone who has played Fallout 3 or Fallout New Vegas to play all of these, as it fills in some of the plots and even a few recurring characters. But I will confess, I wasn't a Tactics fan.

Ditto, got my originals from the 90s, got the copies I picked up on amazon a few years later, got the new ones that came out with FO3 that run on Vista and 8.

Not certain. but I think he had a heart condition over a year ago, that damn near took him out of the game. He's doing better and is honing his craft here. Really like all his work, especially his early stuff, that was more or less non-fiction. Basically, he got a real job doing this :)
Oh wow I didn't know all of that! I was wondering about him as well.

I want you to know I hung your card up on my fridge and everyone who comes in admires it and loves it more than a friend.

Tipping should be reserved strictly for strip clubs.
Do strippers get paid anything, aside from what gets thrown at them? I'm not trying to be a smart ass, I am genuinely curious. Do they have a base "per hour" pay and get paychecks and then the harder/hotter they dance they get that extra? Do strip clubs charge you just to get in?
Why is the sky blue what's the purpose of life why are we here

My dad too. Guess that was what all the cool kids did back then!
I am also a fan of LED but I am using the energy efficient curly ones mentioned by some others. Mine do not need to heat up, they come on instantly, but we do have to change them often.
This is a bit off topic but I know two people who have had the newer bulbs catch fire. One of them lost her house. The other was at home luckily and got it out. This was taken by my lucky friend who was at home.
Feel free to bump the thread linked above/make friends/listen to 80s rock and or metal while doing so.
When the new ones came out last year, people in my town tore the front off of our mall to get in early to get them. As in, they kicked in all of the doors and windows and rushed the mall, as if these shoes were precious food or water and the world was ending.
But they weren't. They were shoes.
The End.
I dunno if you guys have re visited the 2299 website, but the messages and timers have changed several times. A few folks decoded the messages.
I grabbed this off one of the Fallout pages I follow on Facebook.

You are correct, it's a date.
Do you guys useFacebook? I follow the pages "Fallout Fanatics" "Fallout cosplay" and "Fawkes", all of which post new info constantly.
Most people feel this website, the survivor one, is a fake. :-( For the reasons posted above by other users and things like the fact that graphics on the page have changed a lot since it's launch, which is not what a huge video game company would do.
I did hear that Besthesda DID apply for European trademarks/copyrights for "fallout 4"
I feel it is definitely coming, regardless of what happens with the mentioned page.
Happy Birthday Wade. I am making you some tornado cupcakes. Not sure how those will mail....You may have to make due with Christmas cookies....

I've felt this way since Halloween. It's like they have skipped over Fall completely.
And I cook Thanksgiving dinner for my family, so I am doing a lot of planning and cleaning and such, for Thanksgiving--and I am seeing people with their trees up already. Shit, it's still 80 damn degrees here WTF PEOPLE!

I have never done black Friday. I have no desire to ever do black Friday. My city has made national news twice for people being seriously injured during black Friday trampling, and one time, the old lady died.
It is disgusting and I feel like everyone who goes should be ashamed.
Fuck, I hate shopping enough on regular days!
I want to do this! I need to do this!
