Over the course of history, there have been many great leaders, in most every country. Napoleon of France. Caesar of Rome. Alexander the Great of Greece, Washington, Jackson, Lincoln, and so on. But they have often been looked at..... on only one side. I intend, in this post to reveal a few things about great leaders (who you may or may not agree with, I may or may not agree with some too).
Caesar:Nowadays, thought mostly of as a man who took advantage of power. But was he really? Caesar set a trend, and turned the Roman empire strong. Just think about that.
Jackson:A lot of people will think badly of Jackson (Andrew Jackson) for his cruel treatment of Indians (Native Americans). But he was also a great military strategist, and kept the country intact. Was he wrong?
Lincoln:Remembered as the free-er of slaves. But he originally did not take a stand on this topic, and was pressured by his advisors to create the document that freed them, to enrage the south.
Martin Luther King Jr.:A great black/African American civil rights leader during the mid 20th century. But, unthought of by most, the reverend was also quite womanizing. He had quite an active time even while married, with other women.
Mao Zedong (Tse-Tung):The final leader on this list. Revered by modern China as a great movement leader (The Communist Movement), and disliked by most of the western world. Most chinese citizens know, but do not think about the fact that "Chairman Mao" had a nasty little habit of impregnating 11 year old girls. Disgusting.
