If not, then how the fuck do you know that the whistle levels work exatly like the experience system? Sure, it seems logical...

but it may be coded differently. A user with less than 1% (of ramagi's number) behind ramagi's amount of whistle pts could earn the deity whistle, right? Maybe it's not based on an exact amount, it could possibly be based on a gap.

The situation on my previous post only contains one deity whistle because it would be impossible for a normal user to keep the flagging pace of a perfect flag whore unless he's also perfect.
