I will begin by saying that this thread is not a joke. I have 7 alternate accounts between experience levels 29-32 that I am giving away. All but one of them were created back in 2004 and I have deposited for them each day about 95% of the time since then. I am giving them away because I've long since grown tired of depositing on so many accounts almost every single day that I don't otherwise use.

I will be honest, I created these accounts primarily to abuse the voting and reviewing systems using proxies and such way back while I was a member of the Star Syndicate (around July '04 through December '04). After the voting system was altered the following year to make voting with multiple accounts much more difficult, I started basically only logging in with each account to deposit experience each day. I also sometimes used accounts to post on the BBS while banned or just to fuck around and get entertaining reactions out of people. I have long since renounced the Star Syndicate and their (former?) methods, but that's a different story that I don't feel like getting into right now.

This contest is opens immediately and goes through this Tuesday until 12 midnight NG time. That is about 3.5 days from now. All users are eligible and anyone interested should make a post stating why I should give you an account and/or what you would use it for. Be creative, but honest. If you are a spammer or are in a spam group (Kitty Krew, Uzi Union, etc.), don't bother entering because I don't support portal or bbs spam and I'm not going to help you by giving you additional voting power.

One account maximum will be given per user. Winners will be picked by me at my sole discretion. 1st place will get first choice of the accounts, 2nd place will get 2nd choice, etc., until all accounts are awarded. If a winner does not want any of the remaining accounts, their pick will be deferred to the next highest winner. I reserve the right to retain any and all accounts not awarded if fewer than seven users persuade me that they deserve an account. Winners will not be announced, but will be contacted by me personally on Wednesday or soon after. I am doing this so winners can be anonymous with their new accounts if they chose to do so.

Can you read? I personally have no problem with hentai itself, but that's not the point. Porn slideshows (both illustrated or photographic) are not allowed.

There are plenty of hentai submissions on newgrounds, there are even some flashes that feature 'real' porn.

Yes, hentai is allowed on Newgrounds, but it has to be in some kind of flash or game. Just a bunch of pictures makes it a slideshow which are prohibited.

Do you know why Wade doesn't delete accounts anymore, because you guys just create more. He then has to delete those. Its not that he has better things to do, its that there is no point if they are still going to come back.

He still deletes them. Despite what they might say. An account deletion is still a significant setback. All the movies submitted on the account are deleted and any stats are erased. Then the person has to go through the trouble of creating a new email account and then creating and confirming another Newgrounds account. I'm sure it's much easier for Wade to delete an account than for someone to create a new one.

Take a look at this week's awards, the Review Crew Pick and the Underdog of the Week in particular. They are D4ilytoon #312 and D4ilytoon #313 respectively. Upon closer inspection you will notice that these wards were unfairly rigged. They each "won" despite having relatively low vote scores because they have pages and pages of reviews with a score of 10. A strong majority of the reviews are from accounts created within the past week with names consisting of random-seeming character strings. I will laugh when these submissions get deleted for mass-reviewing like they normally do.

I saw We Heart Hentai last night while it was under judgment. I blew the whistle and figured it would get flagged quite easily as it is blatantly breaks the rules. It breaks the rules as "unsuitable" since it is a hentai slideshow which is specifically mentioned on every under judgment submission's page. It also breaks the rules as "stolen" because the author stole all the art from other artists. However, it somehow passed without getting flagged. I already PM-ed Wade about the flash and hopefully he will remove it. Portal voters: you need to get your act together and flag movies that blatantly break the rules like this one did..

To further illustrate my point, have a look at the past 4 months worth of Turds. It's the same groups of retards almost every week. If it's not members of the Kitty Krew it's members of the Star Syndicate.

Get rid of the Turd of the Week award. It used to be an award to showcase the worst flash entry of the week that still ended up passing. They would normally be so bad they were funny. Nowadays though, the award usually goes to a group of idiots who were trying to win the award by manipulating the system. It's usually just a pre-loader and a one-frame animation with a title designed to attract negative attention. After it gets off the portal mainpage, the artist and his group of friends vote it down all week to ensure their objective. Having the Turd of the Week award showcases these idiots' handiwork. It also encourages people to spam the portal with garbage with no intention other than to amuse their immature selves and piss off other people. The award no longer serves a positive purpose for the portal. Get rid of it.

I have two simple suggestions:

1. List voting power rank in profiles and possibly a voting power list on the "users" page. This one's long overdue.

2. Have an option in your account options to receive a PM when Tom, Wade, liljim, or another site administrator posts a news thread. It's tough to stay informed on site updates unless you regularly visit the forums. I think a lot of people would appreciate this option.

Nah, I'm looking for the formula where it tells you the 10 day cycle or whatever where say, the lvl 10 requirement, changes between going up 0 or 1 points each day.

I'd appreciate it if someone could give me or link me to somewhere that has the formula of how the exp lvl requirements increase every time the highest lvl user deposits. I already tried searching for a thread that had this information but couldn't find it.

I first noticed this a few hours ago when Wonchop's account submitted this flash. Anyone else notice this or know who did it?

Well it's partly because of an older friend (20something) I had when I was younger. I used to practice Kung Fu with this guy who was a guitarist in a local metal band. He had dark blue hair and I thought he looked really cool. I've wanted to try this for a while but I was working at a place that prohibits non-natural hair colors.

I have been thinking about dyeing my hair blue. I have never dyed my hair before. My current (and natural) hair color is jet black. Any tips on how I can dye it blue? Should I bleach it first?

I'm not addressing anyone. I'm also aware that mods actually delete the reviews and M-Bot just notifies you. I was just expressing annoyance with how my old reviews keep getting deleted. While I was much more active with this site, I knew the review guidelines inside and out and was careful to keep my criticisms within the rules. I've had a deity whistle since Wade's system update as well. I used to actually put thought and effort into my reviews, but gave up after they kept getting deleted. Here are some examples:
