The rason for the blam system is not to 'encourage' noobs to make shitty flash, but rather to stop any crappy flash from being in the portal. And with the whole 'noob' portal, how do you define a noob and who gets to vote. Also, having a noob portal will only make noobs with no flash skills think that their shit is good enough to be on the portal, pottentialy worsening the problem. From the looks of your work, I take it you have sumitted crappy shit only to have it blammed and you left feeling 'belittled'.
Other problems with psp:
-Short battery life
-Has a crazy attraction to fingerprints
-Insanely expensive for memory sticks
