I honestly feel you swing the ban stick WAY too fast Rucklo. Not only that, but you seem almost vindictive when you talk about bans, then you threaten them when they question your actions... What is the deal dude? I understand how power can be a burden, but you get downright sadistic at times...

When you get banned, be it review, BBS or audio, you are free to question the ban in a REASONABLE and RESPECTABLE manner - but NOT on the BBS. You seem not to have read the BBS rules, since this is stated very clearly in there.
If a ban is signed, you PM the mod who signed it. If a ban is not signed, you can still ask another moderator of the same kind - in most cases the mod can explain why a ban was put out.
Vindictive? lol, could you show me where in the forums i've come out as vindictive? and don't link me to a post where i've said "OMFGLOL PERMABAN!!1" or some shit that's an obvious joke. When I ban somone from the AP, I send a PM that explain everything in a "professional" manner. This time i did not, because i did not validate the author until checking out this thread.
- When somone post something that's clearly spam in 99% of the crowds eyes (or ears in this case - and that mean the average everyday user, who possibly is not represented by the average BBS'er), and then makes a thread about it - the truth is what you'll get, nothing more, nothing less.
To clarify once again - the song submitted was spam, the description of the song emphazised that it was spam. Those were the call I made as an audio-moderator, and I'm sure the other mods would have done the same, at least they should have.
In the flashportal I belive you get auto-banned for 14 days when you get blammed, or something similiar. Not sure about thatone tho. It's perhaps unfortunate that hte bans are permanent, but that's what we have to roll with right now. HOWEVER - we do NOT ban if something just sucks - the level of suckage must be interpret as spam, just as I interpret this piece (of crap).
What i'm trying to say is, that if you don't know what's really going on - you should do some research and learn a little more before opening up your mouth.
