Ok, so I would like to write some code for a small java app that allows for us to submit our music and vote on it completely non biased. That is, each time a vote occurs, there is no mention of who's music is who's, and each scoring is randomized.

Before I continue, is this against the rules, and/or is anyone interested? The prize would be rewarded here on newgrounds of course.

I love criticism/

So I feel as though most of the people I have met online who write electronic/techno/trance love to use Ableton Live or Fruityloops, but not as many who use Cubase! I am just wondering why? Cubase has some awesome automation features and the interface is very user intuitive. In the past I have used Reason and Fruity Loops but they don't give nearly as many options for microtasking VST instruments and seem to focus on streamlining composition rather than mixing.

Not to say I don't like those programs, just curious if anyone has a reason why?
