Yeah i realized when i posted, i wasnt in the "where is/how to" forum...

Every once in a while when I open photoshop and start a new document,
none of the tools work, the cursor is just the "hand" symbol, I click the
brush tool and it doesn't work, and it's still the "hand" symbol, anyone
know what the problem is?
