maybe the way we could make it look, is kinda like a sketch book.

For Example:

Everybody makes a drawing of themselves thats looks like its drawn into a sketch-book. Then all you'd have to do is put the drawings together in a movieclip, and just make a quick turnpage animation between, then you can add music and have the camera zoomed into the drawings and panning back n' forth.

Make sense?

Looks good man, I don't believe we are to have sounds in our parts though.

Personally I think the parts moves a little too quickly, but that may just be me.

still haven't worked on it much, since it not due for a while still, but I did sketch out how i'm going to end it now. I changed it up a bit and shortened it so it doesn't run too long.

When you want to upload your .swf use the dumping grounds here on newgrounds.

This collab is to be quick paced, so making a 30 second part will ruin the pacing. I'd say that 15 Seconds should be the MAX a part should be.

A Deadline has been set for MAY 1st.

Please post screenshots of your part to keep the thread active and to receive free feedback. It helps keep the collab active for new members to see the thread. Also if the feedback is helpful it helps the collab to do better in the portal. If you want the collab to be successful, Potatoman will need everybody's help and contribution. He cannot organize this and motivate you guys at the same time.

So with that said, How's everybody's part(s) coming along?

Feedback for the ice cream cone:

I would work on your smoothing of your lines. If you want to give that "animated feel" to a character without making him look like a mental patient. Try drawing your character then creating a few extra keyframes with the same art and use the smoothing tool. Use it only once or twice otherwise it will over simplify your art.

The mouth FBF looks great actually, I'd personally smooth out the details in the mouth and lips though.

From what I can tell. It looks like you can animate decently, you'll just take time to learn how the program works and to work on your drawing patience.

There are a few things that I'm sure you can benefit from learning to help speed up your animation time. If that really took you 7 hours to do, you did something wrong.

Awesome, always great to have more Voice actors around the community. This is a great place to find projects that are in need of voice actors.

Might I suggest the Audio Portal to you to further help you find a project to work on.

You can use the Voice Actor Wanted To actively look for Possible Voice Acting Roles commonly posted by animators seeking Voice Acting talent.

You can also place an advertisement in the Voice Actor AdvertTopic there as well, much like the topic you made here. It will help Direct animators to look in a single location to find Great Talent.
