Made a lot of progress today, and I hope some of you guys have managed to get some of your parts started as well. Here's what I've got so far, still have to add in suspense sounds and get the pacing down a bit. But you get the jist of it. What do you guys think?

And as for my part, I just realized that it will be longer than a minute. Oops.

even if its a bit over a minuet it will be fine, I know its tough building suspense in less than a minuet. Just don't have your part be 5 minuets long haha, keep it around a minuet.

absolutely, I will although be putting the sound together in the end as well if needed. ( I know finding sounds is hard ) But if you had some sounds you'd like go for it. :D

Hey guys, glad to see this collab is doing well. If you're looking to make something more horror/suspense theme for Halloween; my collab "The Room" is in need of some participants. Parts are easy and fun to make. Feel free to check it out!
So I found a song here on Newgrounds and did a bit of editing to make it creepy, I'll add the music in tastefully to the parts for extra scare.

something like that will definitely work, I would although suggest working on it a bit more, feel free to make it a bit longer and more startling. Feel free to play around with ideas :D

Glad to see there's still collaborations in the collaboration thread.
The project will be released regardless of number of participants. I'll be animating the beginning, middle and end pieces, so the video will still make sense with varied number of participants. The more people who join, the better though.

Theme:
A Girl is in a strange white room and notices an unshelled hard-boiled egg on the floor.
The idea:
Each clip will start with the girl interacting with the odd egg. The interaction is where you're creativity will run wild. Keep in mind this is designed for suspense/ horror, so parts fitting towards that genre will be favored over comedic/satire submissions. The Goal for the end is to create a really trippy story about a girl who is stuck in a room and experiences different horror/paranormal/psychotic situations. Each submission will be edited together with a break and the egg re-appearing in the room.
(Sounds cool right?)
Example: (very basic examples; get creative)
Girl eats the egg, she starts hearing voices and freaks out; tears of blood roll down her cheek.
/End of part/
Red Light; Egg Appears
/ Next submission starts /
Girl picks up egg, egg eats girl.
/End of part/
Red Light ; Egg Appears.
