I have a suggestion though... as much as I like the background texture... I think the like 'grim collab' text/splash on the bottom right is going to present problems. It tends to jump/shift from one image to the next (depending on how the artists saved their file).

Would it completely suck to clone it out and have everyone repost their image with a new 'clean' background? (Hopefully people save their original/unflattened files and it's just a matter of swapping the bottom layer).

This would also allow us to change the name AND the color scheme (no more pink/purple). Thoughts?

With only one image, does it really matter which song you choose?

The GRIM collab already has close to 50 pics. Why don't you just join that?

There can be one main character and everyone else can do a level and creatures or something you need to kill. Like a dude that has to travel the galaxy going to different planets/worlds... for some reason. That way there can be different styles/looks and it won't seem strange :P

Well, you're missing a start pic (required per da rulez). You're also missing all of the info found in the help/faq (under 'submitting art'). Stuff like: Only scouted people can see the unscouted section, and Do not ask to be scouted in the forums. The only place you can really ask this kinda stuff without 'breaking a rule' would be the q&a thread in wi/ht.

How I discovered Newgrounds.
A short and embarrassing story by ReNaeNae

I was attempting to make a 'powerpoint presentation' for a client. They wanted 'bouncing buttons'. A 'colleague' said "Flash can do that." I was like... "sweet, I have that ...came with Freehand or some crap. I can learn this!!"

I couldn't learn this.

I went to flashkit to look for assistance. At some point, I saw a post saying "thanks for all of the help with my first flash cartoon" ...I was like "wait, watt? ...cartoon?!?" I followed the link... to newgrounds. Being the dumb blond that I am, I was all "no wai did they make this whole site in flash... what a liar, whatEV!!" *close* duh

A short time later, I followed another link (for a tutorial or something) back to newgrounds. I was like "watt?!? this place again?" Then I noticed the really huge 'CLICK TO WATCH', and I went "...oOOooh!" *lightbulb... like 10 watt* ...discovered some great animations ...discovered the flash forum ...discovered collabs ...etc. ...history.

I ended up having the 'colleague' do the flash stuff. He charge $4,000 ...for something I now know probably took (and I could easily do myself in) about an hour. Ouch!
