I always go by when they have debates on the news stations that are between democrats and republicans about a particular issue. Then I see who's more powerful, and see if there is a continual trend if they primarily select better speaking democrats or republicans. I still haven't really figured out which one is which yet, I have all of the stations mixed up in my head.

I haven't heard of anything. But they might for "national security" because, you know, every single voting booth is going to be overcome by terrorists. OH NO!

If they do change it, then the terrorists win another battle. They are doing their job, terrorizing.

Ok, so your reply was an insult? Good job to bringing an adequate point to the table. Maybe the cops were doing their jobs. What would be a society if the laws had no merit? It'd be a reversal of the basic law process. That is not a good thing. So, go toke up anywhere you want, just don't be a dumbass and do it by a road where cops drive by or in a park where cops ride their bikes by.

Where you ask? Not at the entrace... but in the library doors. Does this make any sense at all. Who puts a metal detector in the library? Its not like anyone goes in there anyway.

Those aren't metal detectors. They only detect the magnetic charges that they put into the books so that people don't steal them.

One, the cell phone towers are down towards the ground, so the lead wouldn't block the call. Second of all, why would they weigh down the planes? Thirdly, they calculated that a planes technics can exceed over 2000x radiation of a typical cell phone call. They actually couldn't detect any noticeable change in technics behavior even at this radiation.

As for the plane hitting the Pentagon. It happened. The Reagan National Airport is less then 5 miles away, so they would not have shot down a plane that could have misinterpreted a landing, and prepared for the worst a little too late.

Response to: Dark Matter Posted September 13th, 2004 in Politics

Site that I just googled, I think it's the first one if you do "quarks encyclopedia"

In particle physics, the quarks are subatomic particles thought to be elemental and invisible. [...] Objects made up of quarks are called hadrons; more commonly know as protons and neutrons.

So according to Stephen Hawking, I was correct in my little assumption. I made this assumption based on two facts. One is that dark matter you cannot see. Another is that the color that you see right now is coming from electrons receiving and emmitting energy.

Dark Matter Posted September 13th, 2004 in Politics

I know this isn't political, but this particular forum I would say is the "intelectual" forum.

Wouldn't you think dark matter is just electron-less atoms, and thus molecules? Think about it for a moment.

Books, internet resouces. I usually go to tutorgig.com to look for some tutorials. Either that or google search a programming language. There are many possible languages to learn. From Visualbasic, to C++. Just look around for what you want to do and find advantages/disadvantages for each language.

If you are just taking into account cars needing gas, that may be true. Otherwise, its bs. There's different hydrocarbons contained in crude oil. Different hydrocarbons create different products, like gasoline, asphalt, diesel, and plastics. There's a way to make heavier and lighter hydrocarbons, which many refineries do. As for your claim that it would need 50 mpg, I would stay with the 32 mpg number first before making wild claims to 50 mpg.

I am tired of everyone dissing religion. Please give me a valid point why religion is such a harm to world peace. As for power, I'd like to point to the rise and fall of the mafia in the United States.
