And the last horse crosses the line...
This is old, old, OLD. We have a lot of topics about this already.
For those of you who are wondering if it's anything bad, it's not. It's a Star Wars animation using ascii characters.

Go in WINDOWS and delete System32.
You're not funny, and you're also banned. Trolling computer threads by trying to get people to fuck up their computers was never funny in the first place.
To the topic starter: Did you install the font by moving it in to the C:\Windows\Fonts folder?
Every once in a while it doesn't load for me, but then I just refresh and it loads fine.
Maybe this could be the problem?
Make sure you're not in a 32 bit color mode. I think Liquify only works for 16 and 8 bit. Like the rest of the filters, it won't work if you're in bitmap or indexed modes either.
No stat threads. Particularly ones like this that are incredibly stupid.
Wow that's enough of that already
Money at stake, huh? Why not take a look then, heh

Why not?

Bills that have been tracked through that website usually have a marking of some sort on it, though.
If it looked "fake", then it's probably the movie's fault. Not the high-definition infrastructure. Either that or you're probably just not used to it. I'd give you a prescription for a nature show or two on Discovery Channel HD.
Level 44 with commemorative sig, which I actually think is pretty hard to look at now that I think of it.
Let's say that there are 50 words that start with V, F, and D each. We all know there's much, much more, but let's just pretend, okay? There would be 125,000 different possible things that "VFD" could stand for.
Considering that this is the NG BBS, and nobody would care about any rhyme or reason to what words they say, why bother?

Hack in to your computer? Probably not. Use your router as a free wireless hotspot and use the internet at your household's expense along with your shared documents and other network resources such as printers? Yes.
It's one thing to unknowingly have your network insecure, but it just takes a special kind of stupid to reprimand somebody for securing theirs. What a tool.

That's not even close to remotely dangerous
Yeah, another tidbit of information already available in profiles.
Yeah. We've seen this many times.
And this is Javascript. Not Java. The two are entirely different.

Gamer? Get a PC.
Macs were superior for art stuff around 15 years ago. It's now a stereotype with grotesquely diminished truth which gets propagated by people, like you two, who either want to justify the retarded price of a Mac computer or want to appear knowledgeable in the subject.
Now the computers are basically the same. You just have to pay out the ass for one in comparison to the other.

Depends whether you are going to be playing games or using hardware supporting DX10.
That's not my point. Vista has DX10. XP has DX9. In comparing the two operating systems, it doesn't really depend on anything else. We might not be seeing a lot of DX10 yet, but from a technical standpoint, it's supposed to be technically superior. Hardcore gamers will most likely want it eventually if they don't now.
Just to let the people who haven't used Vista (most of you guys) know, you can easily change the settings to be much more to your liking. The majority of people who complain about it have never even tried doing that. Plus Vista has DirectX10, so trying to say that XP is better for gaming is a crapshoot.
With that said, I still enjoy the maturity of XP. Once I build my next computer in about a year, I'll probably be getting a 64-bit version of Vista.
I'd say I assisted in the slaughter of 1,000 to 2,000 animals of various kinds (I ate a couple hot dogs).

What's the problem? My post was filled with a lot of viable advice. If the topic starter chooses to start his thread by stating "I already know Macs are the best", then I'm more than willing to pepper in a little bit of mac bashing in an otherwise helpful post.
There is no such thing as "best brand of computers" in terms of how good the computer is. If you're talking about service, pricing, warranties, etc, then you can start comparing companies. However, computers are just a summation of parts (Or one big thing that might as well be welded shut if it's a Mac).
No one company is going to be the best company. Some offer great prices on low-end computers (Not Macs, though). Some are better with high-end computers (Not Macs, though). Some let you choose from a huge array of separate computer components, where others give you a very limited selection (Like Macs). Some companies will even fit computers with hard drives in a RAID configuration, fit it with third party cooling, or create an overclocked configuration for a small fee (Not with Macs, though).
There's also countless smaller and independently-run computer companies that give you a huge range of choices and different prices that you can compare with other companies to get the best deal (Unlike where you buy a Mac).
Of course, the best deal is always going to be building your own computer (Which you can't do with Macs). You are in complete control of which components go in your machine and do not have to pay an insane price for any of them (4gb of ram costs $400-$500 for Macs). There are countless guides on the internet that assist you with this process.
I'm sorry that we're not checking the BBS so fast and frequently that our response/action time is 30 seconds or less...

My turn to rant.
You're still in the 1980's. Today, macs offer zero actual advantages over 'other' platforms in media.
Zero.
Carry on.

OK, that's enough of the update schedules, about switching webserversng the updates on both sites incase one fails to work for anyone here.
Would you be interested in a real web host? I pay for a rather large webhosting service but don't use a fraction of it. I have 250gb of web space and 2.5 terabytes of monthly bandwidth. I used to have a few domains associated with this service, but the only one that remains is dragonstrength.com (I'm sure you wouldn't mind the name either).
That would be an advantage for myself, Coop and Evark, but despite we have less EXP than you, do you wish for us to take a break for one day as well? :P
I wouldn't mind having a larger cushion in case something were to happen, so yes. Take a break, big guy, you've definitely earned it. Well done!
