and increase my vertical and what foods help ur vert.....running track this year and i was wondering if it makes you faster and if it makes you jump higher and also what foods can i eat to help improve my speed and vertical 5 10 with shoes freshman in high school i already have a 31 inch vert and do leg day two times a week oh and also can track conditioning count as leg day like for instance if i have track on monday and thursday can do i still have to do legs after or is that enough of a workout to help increase vert and speed im probably going to be a sprinter

I want to but at the same time i dont, im from ny but ive lived in florida for a while i want to go back to new york because florida basketball is no joke and it will be hard for me to get ranked and it will be easier in new york idk i feel kind of lost my mom wants me to liive with her because i didnt spend much time with her growing up and i miss my sister too its just idk a part of me wants to stay and the other part wants to go, any advice?

How will i do academically i know i will make friends easy but i dont know how actual school will go is it good im moving during the break ive always caught on quick any advice or anything please help how do you think i will do will it be an easy transition? what are the pros and cons should i start school as soon as i get there which will be december 6th or should i wait for the new semester in janurary please help me im stressin ill be in the queens/ borderline of brooklyn area unless im with my dad in laurelton queens
