Newgrounds.com — Everything, By Everyone.

So at the start of the year i began a task of doing a drawing every day that cannot go for over 30 minutes. so getting the idea out had to be done fast making it pretty fun / difficult and totally random. I usually have no idea what it will be when i sit down i just start with lines and build upon it.

Does anyone else do this challenge or anything similar ?

Obviously nothings brilliant but it sparks ideas for more original pieces and projects :)

But the main point is what challenges do you guys set yourself ? (and anyone else doing this kinda challenge or with a Wordpress blog put your link up i need some good blogs to follow :) )

hey I'm still beginner i beleive ... ive been doing this a few months but still class myself npowhere near the standard i want to be , but i got to say the thing that has been helping me most is a doodle a day thing i got the idea off a dude who does a digital sketch everyday of an epic landscape which is totally amazing and usually very sci fi ... but my style is extremely varied so oneday tyou get a line drawing of a cartoon and the next day is my attempt at some alien land xD haha

but id love to join you guys :D

Hey NewsGrounds :)

Ive just started Spray painting and thought i could share it about to get abit of feed back or possibly even some help and advice on how to improve :)

Heres some of my pieces :)

This is my 1st, called "Scummy" Called this because of the naty piece of wood its on. i attempted to makew it look like a broken hole in the wall but came to realize id need a much bigger surface area to fit the desired effect :)

The second one is called "The Cover up" There was a spray painting i done a while back that i really disliked on this board before, then it was painted over with just practise planets etc untill i sanded all i could off and sprayed this over it :) .. its now proudly above my bed xD haha (ive been told that its weird xD )

Last but not least is "Sh**ty Scape" This was my 1st attempt at making a cityscape in space kinda feel .. and the name kinda describes how i feel it went. But we all have to start somewhere i suppose :)

It looks like maybe your thread was deleted- have you read all the forum rules and the art forum rules to make sure you aren't violating any? The most important one i can think of is that it needs to be your own work.

cheers i may have got abit ahead of myself ... ill have a read through the rules ... it was all my own work , but maybe something to do with the size of images or html code for images ... i dunno ill read the rules and have another go in the morning :)
